    Loved this printer when I first got it. Unfortunately it stop printing and we can’t figure out why. We’ve changed the ink and that didn’t solve the issue

    Decent printer. Wish it was more slim and the tech more seamless. We are in 2023, printers don’t seem to have improved very much. But that’s a more general critiscm of all printers.

    This is the worst HP printer I have ever bought. The first one didn't last even a month before failing on me. I took it back and got another one, which also has started giving me grief. Right away, it started with all the lights turning on at the same time, just flashing. Now, my replacement has started doing the same.

    Misleading advertisement. Bought due to advertisement showed fax was on the HP app for this particular printer, but it's not a feature on the app

    It is supposed to be blue tooth compatible but I can’t get it to sink to my computer. Bought it, tried to get it connected and now it’s collecting dust.

    Printer is good BUT it was extremely difficult to set up and connect to the WiFi in our home. My Wife is the primary user and she is DISAPPOINTED with this printer !

    It lasted a year, then I started showing an E6 printer error. HP support bot will then have you run in the same circular process over and over with no solution that works. I dont have the time to deal with this. Maybe yours will last longer, maybe it will last less, but mine was a year.
