    I've never had an HP printer that was so difficult to use. I wish my old one never broke it was perfect however it just stopped printing in color. But this new HP smart that they use to run these printers is absolutely horrendous. It is constantly going offline and is is absolutely difficult to hook up by yourself. I wish I never bought it

    Printer takes too long to print and printing from an iphone takes about 15 min. Quality of print is good but overall this is very slow

    It served its short purpose. It wasn’t an easy to understand machine… I wish the manual was clearer in all the blinking lights. The upside was the automatic ink renewal. That was easy to set up.

    I can’t figure out how to make multiple copies when copying. When I print from my phone or iPad it will print multiple copies even though I only have selected one copy. It won’t print on card stock, seems the card stock is too thick for it to grab and pull thru the rollers

    It broke after a few months and we had to get a new printer. The paper got jammed every time, there was nothing we could do about it. Scanner and copier worked fine

    PROS: Light-weight with simple interface. Printspeed is excellent for average home/home-based business user. Price excellent for an all-in-one color printer. CONS: Started streaking after 2nd day of using color printing ) about 35 pages in. Initial "1-2-3" set-up via Wi-Fi woukd not work (as I have seen on other reviees) so had ro revert to USB set up onstead. 2-sided color printing inexplicably stopped mid-job.Preseesd button to make it continue.
