Not less than a year, and paper jams all the time. Useless utilities app. You have to keep checking on the printer that it doesn't jam. Contact HP support and what they suggest is to use HP paper!
And it doesn't have functional menu from the printer. You need to use the app for everything.

I liked it at the beginning but then I had to change my router, and it would not connect again. Tried for hours to reconnect to new router and would not. So I trashed it for a new one.

I don’t like the fact this is WiFi only. If WiFi is out, you can’t print anything. There’s no direct cord connection. Also the ink deal is ridiculous too.

Bought this for at home use. Maybe printed 8 pages per month, with multiple months of no use. Haven’t even gotten halfway through the original ink cartridges and it stopped printing correctly. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps except for new ink, but it’s cheaper to just buy a new printer.

Unfortunately could not select less than 1 star. Setting up a printer is a nightmare so could not use it to taste the quality. On top of that HP Smart app needs me to sign in to HP account to scan a document on my own printer. I simply don't like to create accounts for no reason. Scanning a document should not need me to sign in! NOT acceptable. I would never recommend such a product to anyone from a company which does not regard the privacy of customers.

Worst printer ever

The worst printer ever; always shows off line even though it is on line; requires complete reboot of computer, internet connections and printer to get anything to print; flashing buttons are not labeled so you need to check instructions each time to figure out what they are for; uses a system of flashing and solid color lighting to signal issues and again, need to consult instructions each time to figure out what it is trying to say. Totally ridiculous. i guess you get what you pay for.....

worthless, will not connect to Spectrum routers. 6 days o phone, remote sessions, cell phone. Hp says must use USB, HP printer do not connect to spectrum routers. Thus Days, countless hours, paper, ink, printer requires HP+ thus must connect to Spectrum home router so no free ink etc. Spectrum is also useless- FCC complaint filed.

The printer and the associated app have had a lot of trouble connecting. I had to print the same color pictures more than once and was not able to get consistent quality with streaking. I only was able to print a few dozen sheets and had to replace both black and color cartridges TWICE ($15 each). Should have invested in a color laser printer.

The printer has been a constant source of frustration, disconnecting from the Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Attempts to seek assistance from HP proved unhelpful, and reaching out to Best Buy yielded no better results. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Bought this when my HP Tango failed on me and this is a terrible printer. Every other day it stops working and of course it always seems to be when I need it for something important. I am giving up on HP, wish I didn’t miss the return window.

Super easy purchase and pick up. The set up and use of the printer isn't as easy as it should be, the reason for the 3 stars.

Worst purchase ever. You need to install HP Smart and subscribe to the Instant Ink program for configuring and using this printer. If you unsubscribe it gets disconfigured. The set up process is terrible. It doesn’t have a screen and you have to read the status using the bottoms and the light changes. I really tried to keep it, but after many trials I bought another one and lost money for this putchase

Very sorry to say this is the most disappointing HP printer we have ever had. Wireless connectivity is very finicky as is the simple task of just printing from our phones & laptops. This has made us totally reconsider using HP ever again. After using them exclusively for 20 years!
