Waste of my good money

It is a basic printer and can only function by printing from the app which is not great. It was difficult to change the network connection. I returned this printer for a better model.

The icons don’t indicate what their usage is for. No instructions included. Had to go online and landed up printing the entire brochure. Landed up using the 3 months of free ink . Had to buy ink in 2 wks after purchase ( not 3 months) . Pretty disappointed !!

Went through ink massively fast. Had to reset wi-if multiple times for different reasons. 1 time use had massive grind up paper jam.

They charge you for printing when you’re not printing and turned off your printer when you need it the most saying that you owe the money. Your app has got all kinds of problems.
