It works great! Glad I bought it at Best Buy because I have their Geek Squad for immediate help. HP tech support has really gone downhill over the years, but the BB Geek Squad is and always was wonderful!

I just installed it, it took a few minutes to get it done but, so far it has been a good product. It is compatible with my Android phone but need the app to be able to use it I hope to use it for a long time.

Good everyday printer for home. prints from mobile devices also. only drawback is sometimes it disconnects from wifi.

We had bought a brand new printer but noticed it didn’t have a thumb drive slot. It was too late to return the printer so we had to go buy another printer. And We LOVE it! Perfect

Product is as described. Very quiet while printing. The lights help you identify whether its ready to print or there is an issue. Was able to connect 2 cellphones and a laptop without any problems

Man, I REALLY wanted to like this computer especially after it gets very high ratings. Got a new job and had to move and needed a printer (wife stayed in our old house while it was in closing) and this printer was fine. Only had to unplug it 1 or 2 times to get it synced back up. Seems like it would have problems staying online, but if i unplugged it for 30 seconds it would connect back up. But, when I moved out of that house (we are using it as a rental now) and into our new place, it seemed like the printer was never the same. I could print about 80% of the time from my desk top (wirelessly), but could never get it to print from my dell laptop that i was using at the previous house. Printer would always show as "offline". Wife could never print from her phone. Very frustrating. Did several factory resets of it, deleted the printer from all the computers to start from scratch, and still the same. Finally after 9 months of dealing with it, it finally died and would not connect up to our internet (constant purple blinking light). Tried several resets/unplugs/prayer...nothing! So off to the recycler it went, and my wife is super happy (sorry HP-can't support you on this one unfortunately!)

A bit high tech for this "older" lady. That said it does a nice job of printing double sided and the colors are vibrant on pictures.

Bit quirky to setup but dependable once done, solid!

I am pretty happy with this printer. It is kind of hard to set up with the app but other than that it works very well!

Works great! I just wish it had a screen to read, if you don’t have your device handy with the HP app you’re basically guessing what’s wrong with it until you memorize the color indicators.

Easy to set up. But I wish it had come with a manual as I was unable to easily find one online.

I am a teacher so this printer comes in handy. I use it to print color copies for my classroom as well as my weekly lesson plans. My refills are shipped to me before the ink runs out.

Excellent printer for my office which takes very little space and works very efficiently!

Overall, happy with this machine. However, the inability to feed legal size paper was a disappointment.

nice and compact but a little difficulty in printing when printer has been on and not in use for a period of time.

This is my third HP printer and I have been very pleased with all of them. Each new printer has had the latest innovations and updates.
