Terrific little printer. I especially like the fact that I can control it from anywhere in the house with the computer or either of our phones.

Rightly priced and works best for a home office dor printing, scanning and copying. Had an ikd printer before, got this new one and im not disappointed!

Although it took me considerable time to couple it up with my computer it does everything that a home computer needs to do very nicely!

Saw the great reviews and purchased on-line. Unboxed it and followed the set-up guide to use with a brand new iPhone 15. Downloaded the HP app followed the prompts and stared at a spinning wheel over and over. Decided to try to connect with an iPad instead. No luck either. Rebooted all the devices and just lots more spinning wheels on the app. Went on-line and read all of HP’s tips. No luck. Tried to find a technical help number and had to fill-out a report form and finally got a ticket # and phone number. Called and reached an automated system which required the serial number (even though I had already entered on-line). No matter how slowly and carefully I spoke the system kept thinking “H” was “A” or “A” was “8” or “T” was “D” and after trying over and over I was disconnected. Called back and on the 6th attempt finally got a helpful technical support person who took me through all the set-up steps I had already been through multiple times, multiple times. I finally asked, “Whattya think, time to give up and return this to the store?” He agreed. 2 1/2 hours and a 20 minute ride to the store and I was finally free, but still without a printer.

This printer is exactly what I needed for my needs. The product preforms perfectly and Best Buy was very easy to work with

Does everything we needed it to do. If you do high volume printing and or scanning, this will probably be too slow for you.

The cord did not fit tight but they sent me a new one so all is good now.

Takes a lot of work just to print any type of document or photo
