Had a Kenmore Cabrio which broke, the reviews on this one seemed good so we bought it. I'm so happy we did, because it's fantastic. Fast, washes clothes really well, it's big and beautiful.

It’s too tall for most people to reach the bottom. Also my wife is certain it is putting oil spots on our clothes.

We replaced our washer with this Samsung. We had one in our prior home and we absolutely loved it! We had to buy another one for our new house. IT IS THE BEST choice ever! Works great and easy to use especially with the pet care system. Highly Recommended!!!

I absolutely love this washer. We have two dogs and I am impressed with the amount of dog hair that is removed while washing. A lot of our clothes I do not dry in our old washer they would still have dog hair on them. Now to save up to buy the matching dryer.

Dishwasher is very easy to use and does a great job cleaning clothes. Cycles run smoothly and everything comes out fresh and clean. I am happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased this washer and dryer set from Best Buy and experienced multiple service failures throughout the delivery and replacement process. The initial dryer arrived with significant damage (a large visible dent), requiring a replacement. However, the return of the damaged unit was not properly processed, resulting in a delay of several days before a replacement order was even initiated. This required me to follow up myself to resolve the issue. When the replacement was finally scheduled, the delivery was set without confirming my availability. Upon arrival, the delivery team informed me that installation was no longer included in the order, and they did not bring the required power cord. As a result, I was forced to install the dryer myself using parts from my previous unit. Additionally, the replacement dryer also arrived with cosmetic damage, although less severe than the original. After explaining the full situation to customer service—including multiple delivery issues, delays, installation problems, and receiving two damaged units—I was offered only a $100 gift card as resolution for all the headaches and keeping the damaged dryer. Since then, I have noticed that the same washer and dryer set is now being offered with an additional $200 promotional discount, which exceeds the compensation I was offered despite experiencing significant inconvenience and product quality issues. Overall, this experience reflects poorly on both product handling and customer service resolution. I would expect a more appropriate level of accountability given the number of issues encountered.

Have been using for about 3 weeks now.i do like the filter trap in the washing machine. Helps with the blankets and towels that end up clogging the drum. Very large and can easily fit a king size comforter, that is heavy and thick. Previous washer I had never filled with enough water nor washed it well.

Good washer. The pet filter works well with hair/paper. Easier to get hair off clothes before the dryer step.
