It works well on our shag carpet, standaed carpet, hardwood and linoleum. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because the dust cup is super small, so when vacuuming our 1100sqft house I have to empty it about 5 times.

After I ordered I started to get nervous because I wasn’t sure it will fit our needs. I was amazingly surprise to say I’m in love not only with the look of the vacuum but the power it has. Batteries run out quicker than the one I had but still gives me the opportunity to vacuum the whole second floor and recharges quickly. Good investment.

Great vacuum with great price!

It takes a little time to get used to cordless and I was concerned about the suction but I love that we can change the suction strength! For those areas where you don't think it's picking up well, just change the power and it picks up perfectly.

Shark vacuum is great

This one has been pretty amazing. The suction is powerful and it picks up well. The only downside is the size of the storage tank. Easy to clean and empty as well. The battery life is good.

Easy to use, is lightweight and picks up all dirt & dust particles up from rug carpet, and linoleum floors. Eg good suction) Amazing that has a hepa filter which is beneficial for daughter allergy's. If you've not had a cordless vacuum Shark is the way to go!

We got it on sale and after searching hundreds of options, we decided to splurge on this one. It’s easy to clean and we have had no issues with the settings. We have a Ruggable and it does not suck up the rug in with it. Easy to put together and store.

Great cordless vacuum

I love that it is battery with no cord to worry about. It also works well getting under furniture. I wish it had come with a wall mount but other than that, it is great and I highly recommend.

Not perfect, but it's adequate

I don't know if I could ever go back to using my big vacuum. Shark's self-cleaning brush roll feature works like a charm. (This is the main reason I chose a Shark over other brands.) Cons: Not as powerful as my corded vacuum, but good enough. The battery life goes from four bars down to one or two when vacuuming my 750 sq ft apartment on the "smart" setting, so this definitely wouldn't work for large spaces. The vacuum only picks up dirt when you are pushing it forward (away from yourself). When you pull the vacuum back, it just moves the dirt back behind it rather than sucking it up.
