Overall this is incredibly over price for its function. The auto detect is not effective as in its constantlyjust switching back forth from high to low no matter amount of dirt or floor type, the suction power is weak compared to my old vacuum and the attachments do not allow for getting stubborn areas, the run time is terrible it says 60 min but thats only if you are using eco, and the auto detect puts it on high if you are on carpet so I can maybe get my stairs done before it dies. The only redeeming quality is the auto empty, and maybe because its light weight it makes how many times you have to return it to the base not as obnoxious. It has like 7 filters the are washable, but i feel like after I washed them, it started to havent even less suction.

Love this vacuum! I was tired of pulling out my heavy corded vacuum all of the time so i finally bought this stick vacuum. It is super powerful, lightweight, abd great for daily vacuuming on hardwood and carpets. I'm keeping my heavy duty vacuum for the occasional deep clean but this one has been amazing for daily cleaning and quickly cleaning up messes. The auto empty feature is amazing too and only needing to empty that pan once a month is a major perk.

Love the auto emptying system and the ability to adapt depending on how dirty your floors are. Pieces of plastic wrappers and paper get stuck however, and won’t get vacuumed well. Also a little hard to maneuver the switches to change into the other accessories. Also would love if battery lasted longer in the strongest suction mode. Other than that pretty great I use it every day.

Let’s start by saying I have a boxer who is constantly shedding or dropping pieces of dog food all over the floor. This thing picks up anything & everything thanks to its great suction power. The vacuum itself is extremely lightweight and easy to maneuver. I have long blonde hair that gets stuck in typical rollers, the design of this roller makes it impossible. The emptying base is definitely a huge plus as it also acts as a home base so no more searching for the vacuum. The one negative is the unit is extremely too heavy so you have to be careful leaning it up against the wall or it will fall right over. The battery power is pretty decent. I can vacuum my entire 1000 square foot townhouse (including staircase) and by the end the battery is dead or close to.

Great vaccum cleaner, it has nice suction and its very light. The only down side is the battery, it doesn't last very long.

Pretty great value when compared to the more expensive Dyson alternatives. Shark is slowly becoming my choice for Dyson competitors. Good quality, charge could last a little bit longer but as expected with a battery powered vacuum. The auto empty feature is the main attraction here, makes cleaning effortless.

I got tired of dealing with the cord on my regular vacuum for small jobs. This thing is great so far. I splurged for the self emptying system and I’m glad I did! It’s fun watching all the debris get sucked out, making it ready to go again as needed. The battery life is pretty good. I leave the machine on auto most of the time and it’s enough for the hard floors in the kitchen, dining room, hallways and entry and the carpeted living room and more, depending on the carpet depth. Suction is decent, but I’m sure my robot vacuum does better since it spends more time going over areas than I do. I like the attachments and its easy to swap them out and turn this into a handheld vac, which is great for car cleaning and the stairs, or easily reaching ceilings for cobwebs. Only things I’m a little unsure of: the slapping sound the roller makes on carpet (I checked out the roller, i think it’s the rubber blades hitting the plastic hair detangling comb, but that’s probably exactly how that’s supposed to work), the very slightly loose fittings of all the vacuum tube parts that sometimes whistles, meaning a leak and tiny loss of vacuum, and the brush roll speeding up and slowing down and up and down on carpet for no apparent reason. I love just putting it back in its cradle for storage and charging. This vacuum is very convenient and I recommend it! Get the extended warranty, if you can, since you never know what build quality you’re getting these days, though. Time will tell!

Easy to assemble and use. cleans well and good battery life. The "Detect" seems to need some work. Revs up sometimes without a change in the amount of dirt. The auto empty system is really nice. Liked it so much I talked my 83 year old mom into getting one too.

This vacuum has some good features. It goes from carpet to hardwood easily and has good suction. The only drawback is the battery life. My home is about 1000 sq feet so not too big. The battery says lasts up to an hour but it is much less than that. It is easy to maneuver.

Love this vacuum, suction us great, and with the mess detection I've had my obsession over cleanliness amplified. My only complaint would be the battery life, but if I'm not obsessively deep cleaning, I can easily get my 2 bedroom townhouse all done with one charge.

I purchased this shark vacuum about three weeks ago.Very satisfied with it's performance.The auto empty feature is one of the main reasons I purchased this particular model and very satisfied.A lot of reviews complain about the battery life but found no reason for this.My home is about 1600 sq ft and have no problem finishing vacuuming.Not made for very large home..Would purchase this model again.

Great Dyson Alternative!! The Value for this product is astonishing. I believe if you get the combo with the canister you will be amazed. While the battery life is shorter than Dyson V15s I believe the sensors and the triple thread head does work just as well. If you’re needing to save some money but still have a valuable product this is one of them

Love this vacuum. While I do agree with most that the battery isnt the best, the functionality and the features of the equipment provide both ease of use and tackle the necessary tasks for mt multi-level home.

I swear by Shark products and this one was a bit of a let down. I will say, if you have a rather large house, the battery does not last as long as one would hope. If you put it in auto mode and let it adjust the suction on its own, you may be able to get a 3 bed, 2 bath all vacuumed if you move quickly. However, when putting it in eco mode (I guess that’s what you’d call it) to be able to get the entire house done at your own pace, the suction is just not enough to thoroughly clean behind a family of 3 and 2 fur babies, leaving you in a catch 22 of do I sacrifice getting it completely clean using eco or do I rush to get done before I run out of battery and have to wait 2 hours for recharge until I can finish using the auto mode. Forget about using the high power mode for anything else but a single mess. Also, I was rather disappointed in the suction when moving backwards. It pretty much takes all the dirt you are moving backward over and pulls it with it. You have to then go around and come back at it forwards to clean up the mess. I LOVE the self-emptying bin and the filters really keep it from getting that vacuum smell. There’s even a smell good filter insert that makes it smell great when vacuuming. All in all, it is a great set up, just lacking a little by way of battery life and backwards moving suction.

I was hoping this would be less hassle of cords and a heavier vac. My wish came true. This makes for a quick, easy clean up so hopefully I'll do it more. I only wish the attachments both had a home.

Amazing vacuum! Easy to set up and very light weight and cleans all surface excellently!

Light weight and powerful. Ease of use with the auto empty at the docking station, i love that feature. You do need to dock it to empty it often but it's ready again in minutes. Also easy to clear when something too big is sucked up.
