Love the price and the touchscreen monitor. Dell makes great computers unlike HP of which a decade ago I got a tablet laptop that always froze once it got too hot.

10/10 recommend! I use this everyday for my small business and it never gives me any trouble! I love the touch screen. And when powering up it is very fast to my needs! Very happy with this purchase!

Works great for a gift to my FIL. Touch screen was the favorite part. Easy applications to navigate and keep it simple style. The display is ample size and the ease for him was perfect. The only setback is it isn’t a backlit keyboard.

Its a nice slim laptop. Speed is ok. I bought it with the Ms word,excel package somehow doesnt seem to work. I called customer service, got countless ticket numbers, holding on the line. No help. The machine itself is good.

I love the simplicity of this laptop. Simple to use and fast! The Geed squad loaded Microsoft Office and Trend Micro. The Trend Micro VPN was so simple to activate on all of our devices! I would buy again!

this computer is very reliable for a new computer science student. Big screen help you visualize your code. very good for a starter. Moreover, Battery life is also good.

A very good laptop for the price and had a good battery till two years of usage but got to replace the battery cuz it is draining pretty fast

So far I like the laptop. It is quick and the screen looks nice. My only complaint is the keyboard feels really cheap and I wish it was lit. Lighted keyboards make such a big difference.

I have this laptop over for a year and it's a good laptop for your first laptop it's not that powerful to handle loads and loads of tasks but doing basic things such as emails and browsing its good I tried davinci resolve on it and it had issues it can run the program not at the best and if your looking for a programming laptop or coding this is a great choice

I always prefer Dell laptops for personal work. Using Inspiron series for almost 13+ years now. This particular model is good deal woth touch screen and fast i5 processor. Overall recommended.

Great laptop. Easy to set up and use. Bigger than most laptops so if you're looking for a compact size this is not the one. This one is perfect for me as the size is perfect

The battery life is great. It is nice and light weight without being too small. I got it with 8gb ram and would recommend upgrading it to 16gb. I put Ubuntu on it and it worked real well.
