    Exactly what i wanted

    I truly love how slim it is and how fast it moves around. Love the touch screen also. Will have to contact support because there is an issue with the speaker making a crackling sound but i signed up for the geek squad help so hopefully it wont be an issue to get fixed. Otherwise, it as amazing.

    Speed and agility of use is good. Easy to use. Display is bright and colorful. Easy on the eyes.

    Very happy. Quick response.

    I have been using my Dell laptop now for about 2 weeks and am very pleased. I do however, have two lesser complaints that do not affect its performance. The first is that (as I noticed in another review) when typing, the keyboard rattles, giving it a cheap sound. I've found if I press near the top of the keyboard the noise stops. I have tried to loosen and tighten the screws on the back but it makes no difference. The second problem is that virtually on every other laptop or Chromebook I've ever had you could tell if it was dead or alive. This unit has absolutely no lights to show (blink) that it is asleep or has disc activity. Even when plugged in, there is a light that is on while charging, but ONLY while charging. That means that when you walk up to this laptop, you don't know if it is even on, asleep or if the battery has died. Something to show life would be helpful. These are basically petty problems, but corrected, they would enhance what I consider a really good laptop for the money which meets my needs well. As a side note, I don't get "10 hours" out of the battery. I don't like the hardware slowed and screen dimmed on battery so I have upped those settings. which has cut battery life to maybe 3-4 hours. That still works well enough for me. You would certainly get more battery time if you don't change settings like I did.

    Great First Laptop

    Bought this for my son and I'm verry impressed. It was on sale so great price, lightweight, durable, and overall great quality. Highly recommend for a first laptop for kids.
