Best fridge we've purchased my wife loves the extra drawer and I love having ice on the door and in the freezer!

This LG is slick to look at. The controls to change the water and ice is easy and doesn’t make a mess. Inside is spacious with customizable shelf’s. The middle drawer provides great space and love that it is convertible to a freezer. LG Q is also a nice feature as I can monitor from my phone and make sure it is still working even when away.

This fridge has been great. The only reason I give it four instead of five stars is that the water to ice thing has been a little hard to get used to. We’ve all tried to spin the bottom of the spigot to trade from water to ice and then we try to push the picture of the kind of ice we want (crushed or whole). In the end, the actual selection button is over the water picture. It also has a delay so it was tricky to get used to at first. We also had a little bit of a time figuring out how to adjust the shelves to fit the milk. Overall, I am loving all the extra space. The freezer drawer is a little tricky because of how deep it is. I’m going to have to be careful not to stack so much that I lose things.

The store rep was helpful and attentive. The delivery guys did a terrific job, and all went well. The refrigerator itself works perfectly.

Awesome refrigerator glad I got it, Love the water and Ice through the door.. The convertable drawer. Lots of storage and a second Ice maker in the freezer.

Like new fridge, third drawer is handy, wife uses for wine cooler, got a separate component off counter. Only aspect not crazy about is selection for water / ice, instead of directly selecting what you want, you have to cycle through other options depending on where you start.

We have always had LG and we like this fridge. It’s bigger and has 2 ice makers and extra drawer. Good buy……………………………………

So far this has been a great purchase. We haven’t used the convert drawer to date but this was a seeking point as sometimes we need extra freezer space even though we have two other refrigerators. Love the second ice maker when people are over.

I love my new refrigerator. Has so much more room than my old refrigerator. The middle drawer than can either be refrigerator for chilled wine and sandwich meats and cheeses or can be switched over to freezer. The pull out freezer has plenty of room and I love the ability to look down and see everything that I have and the smaller tray of the freezer is great as I put things in there that I am always using. That makes pure sense right; it is where the second ice tray is also to the far left.

Love my new refrigerator. It has so much room. I love that I can change the drawer from refrigerator to freezer. Would definitely recommend this product.

The refrigerator works great and we like it. The problem we have is the first one came with a dent in the left door. We asked for it to be exchanged. When they brought the second one out, they asked if they could just replace the door and we agreed. However the new door wouldn’t soft close all of the way. They suggested we get a repairman out to look at it. The repairman they sent out had no idea what to do. He tried a few things but it still works the same. We are debating whether to try for a third time.

LOVE IT! It has so much more room then our old one. The middle drawer is awesome as a refrigerator that holds our bread and lunch meat so its all convenient. The shelves an door on top and the doors make everything so much more accessible. Freezer is nice and big also and the slide out dryer makes thing more accessible then having to dig through everything in the bottom.

We love our new fridge. Dual ice makers are great. Lots of room in the top and a bonus middle drawer for frozen food, deli meat or wine. No complaints.

I think its an overall great refrigerator, we love it here at home , plenty of storage room for vegetables n such and as well as the freezer compartment. Easy acces to keep up with the maintaince. Its Perfect , reliable and affordable.
