    I love the new refrigerator. There are 3 things that I wish were different, 1. I wish I was able to open the vegetable bins without having to open both doors; 2. I had the ability to move the shelves farther down because in order to make room for tall jars on shelf becomes really narrow and it is difficult to put anything on it. 3. It would have been nice to move the bins so that they could stack on either the right or the left side. Other than these things I love it!!

    Got this in June 2024 to replace my side-by-side French door refrigerator. Using the app and connecting to the fridge was pretty easy. One problem you can avoid. If you do not use the lower icemaker, make sure you do not stack too much stuff so as to disturb the water lines feeding the icemaker - it will cause a big mess. Six months in, I am experiencing an error code, 1FE or IFE, not sure which. It is not allowing the top ice maker to do its job - the chamber is warm. Consequently, what ice was there melted and made a mess on the floor. I will be calling service to see what can be done. The manual is mostly friendly, but it is lacking a list of error codes. That seems pretty basic to me. Since design is usually responsible for this, I rated design lower.

    I love my LG Thin Q refridgerator. It fit perfectly in my kitchen. The installers weee very careful bringing it through my small doors. They were excellent in installing, cleaning after themselves, and making sure rverthing was perfect.
