We had to get it serviced twice because the lint can’t escape. Now we only use it as a washer. I’ve had no problems since then. We bought this thinking I only needed one unit. We still had to buy a dryer.

I've done 2 loads of clothes, they washed and dryed in 2 hrs 15 mins, and they were bone dry! Did a load of 3 king sheets and 4 pillowcases - they washed in an hour on the bedding cycle. Then I had to manually intervene and put them in a dry cycle, went for 2 hrs 15 mins so 3 hrs 15 mins total. Soap dispensing reservoir seems to work just fine.

I am close to 70 and finally bought this W&D Combo and Wish I would have purchased it sooner. I also purchased the pedestal and no more bending down to take the clothes out. Works like a charm and I washed 2 king sized comforters in one load. Came out clean and dry. I highly Recommend this W&D Combo to everyone.

I made sure to have check if they were damp or had what some people claimed was a slight da,p feel, but I can report they were totally dry. She is super happy.

Great start, but faded on the last turn

We dont mind the longer drying time because we constantly leave clothes in the washer to long and have to rewash. So it actually saves us time. Allowed our family of 6 to get caught up on laundry for the first time in a while. Now we are having problems with it not stopping drying. Runs long and hot.

As noted by another commenter the odor is pretty bad, Per Lg's virtual assistant it states to run about 20 empy cycles to get smell to go away. I expecting longer wash/dry times but as its only myself that is not so much of an issue 5 hrs to wash queen comforter and sheets, regular load 2-2.5 hrs, towels around 3 hrs This thing is also horrible with pet hair, it just stays in the drum, dries to the rubber door seal and does not seem to be able to make its way up to the actual lint filter assembly so you have to completely clean the door before you pull your clothes out. I have run 3 empty cycles since washing my bedding and now the lint trap door wont open for some reason and I am still vacuuming dog hair out of the drum and door seal.

Delivery and set up went smoothly by the installers, but there was no dry run of the machine and absolutely no explanation given me as to how to operate the machine. Have read the manual a couple of times. Am stumped about a few things. Have already spent hours trying to decipher. If I knew how to handle the operation of the machine, then I could give a reasonable review. At this point, both the installers and the manual are badly deficient. Not happy right now.
