    This has a 12mo warranty, and at 14mo it started leaking and stopped drying. Repair manuals aren’t available to normal humans, so good luck fixing it yourself. But that is not enough to make me write a scathing review. I’m writing this because LG’s support ghosted me so bad that I filed my first ever credit card chargeback. And then LG, instead of taking the hit for their terrible support, sent the chargeback to collections. So if you want a washer that doesn’t work and support that is so bad that it hurts your credit rating, buy this! Otherwise not so much.

    I was excited about the purchase, but only for a month....following that the filter ( which i thought was supercool when functional) got stuck. It was hard navigating through LG support but finally i was able to get them to take a look at it. They need to replace the whole filter unit but of course the return period with LG expired a few days ago and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Ill update the review with LG support as i'm in touch with them. If your top filter stops working, please just return the unit to best buy. An additonal waste was I had to pay for a new pedestal instead of using my old ones as the bestbuy guys who arrived said they dont place the new machine on old, prepurchased pedestals. ...

    After much coaching from my family, I finally bought this combo washer/dryer. I’m super glad that I did. No need to rewash clothes that lingered in the washer because I failed to transfer to the dryer.

    Too much work! Have to clean too many filters too often. Messy water from sweating around detergent tray running down front of mashine. Have to drain from water hose to get clothes dry multiple times per small load. Big mistake buying this product.

    It's a good washer/dryer but there is no low heat mode. It is possible that this appliance does not need one, but it would be good if this design choice was justified somewhere in the manual (it is not).

    This equipment is not recommended as the drying function is awful. Ran for hours before items were dry. Exchanged for a stacked unit with separate devices - much better outcome. Best Buy customer service was very helpful with this situation.

    Works great, clothes are clean and dry. Love the easy to clean lint trap. It was really easy to set it up on the LG app. Haven't begin to expore even a quarter of the options.

    One star for washing capability and a significantly lowered gas bill (without a gas dryer). We can't use the cycle that washes and then dries because the clothes stick to the sides of the drum after washing. They have to be peeled off the drum before drying so that they will tumble. The drying time is awful and we've tried everything. Towels take 4-5+ hours to dry. Doing one load of towels is an all-day or all-night job. Back to the drawing board on this machine, LG.

    This all in one unit didn’t work for me at all! It literally took forever to wash/dry a load. More than once I started a wash/dry load before going to bed only to wake up with it still drying the next morning. I couldn’t stand how long it took to wash/dry a load of clothes. Plus the drying was different than a regular vented dryer. Most of the time the clothes weren’t fully dry. I returned it!

    I purchased this model that had been returned by someone else. I was told it had been tested and was not refurbished. It did not work well and it was defective. Since it was not eligible for delivery, I also spent an extra $150 for someone to delivery and install. I wish I had been informed that there was no benefit to purchasing an "open box" item rather than a risk. I wasted $150 and not sure if an unopened box version will perform much better than this open box one. Disappointed I am $150 out of pocket after returning this.

    Very very happy with this unit. Was skeptical about it and didn’t think the dryer would work well because it’s on a 110 not 220 but I was definitely wrong. Great unit and well worth the money
