I have had this for about two weeks and I cry each and every day. The machine shakes the whole house and takes HOURS to wash and dry even when following the weight limits. It shoukd be a crime for a company to sell such an expensive item that does a horrible job. The engineers behind this are the worst.

"Mark" was condescending and rude. Apparently, you have to disassemble a part to vacuum out the lint after each load and the machine is high maintenance. You can only dry half a load and shouldn't use the energy saver mode at all. Repair person said it was meant for 1-2 people max. This machine definitely doesn't match the advertising promises put out by LG. Will never purchase another appliance by them.

Terrible Product

We have been getting the run around trying to get a refund for the machine and are out $280 for the pedestal because neither LG or Best Buy will refund us for that.

Regularly cleaning the ezLintFilter is key to an optimal drying performance, and we recommend cleaning it after every cycle and checking the drain pump filter for any foreign objects and removing any residue...^Ivan.

Also the drying cycle did not dry my clothes, had to redry them:(. Not worth the money. :(

I’ve been washing and drying the same load for 3 weeks. The clothes do t dry and then you have to redry and then 7 hours later they not dry and you fall asleep to wake up with mildew clothes and start the whole process agai. Got my product on 1/3/25 and im still washing and drying the same load.

It started to malfunction about two months in. It has been less then a year and i cant evn use it it is locked with water and clothes inside. It wont drain the whole experience with LG has solidified that i will never buy LG again.
