I only found one internal 3.5 bay as well. Otherwise, it was a good purchase with the discount.

Great customization however the GPU wasn’t working

Failed attempt by BestBuy and HP

The computer shuts down every several minutes and the keyboard sticks. Not their best effort to satisfy customers. I've been working with HP to get this fixed, but they just want me to keep trying to update drivers, windows etc. I really wanted a computer that would at least work when I got it.

Or I may just trade this in for something else. I have not been able to use my desktop because it will not recognize that windows is installed. Also, when trouble shooting, I've received the message several times that it doe not have a hard drive. Between work and having a small child, it's not always easy for me to take time to troubleshoot or even return an item so I am definitely disappointed at the moment.
