this is by far the best gaming computer i have ever owned.

So far this PC has met my expectations! I was skeptical about buying a prebuilt PC, but this one is pretty good!

A great out the box computer would replace the included mouse and keyboard with something better though

This pc has turned out to be better than expected. Has been rock solid and I like the aesthetics of the case.

My godson loves his early birthday and Christmas gift.

From the specs page: Number of M.2 Slots 3 Number Of Internal 3.5" Bays 2 I only found one additional M.2 slot, totaling 2 M.2 slots. I only found one internal 3.5 bay as well. Otherwise, it was a good purchase with the discount.

Unfortunately the GPU wasn’t operating properly and causing me not use the computer to its full potential. I sent it back via UPS.

Out of the Open Box - the keyboard and the computer have issues. The computer shuts down every several minutes and the keyboard sticks. Not their best effort to satisfy customers. I've been working with HP to get this fixed, but they just want me to keep trying to update drivers, windows etc. I really wanted a computer that would at least work when I got it.

I may edit this review at some point. Or I may just trade this in for something else. I have not been able to use my desktop because it will not recognize that windows is installed. Also, when trouble shooting, I've received the message several times that it doe not have a hard drive. Between work and having a small child, it's not always easy for me to take time to troubleshoot or even return an item so I am definitely disappointed at the moment.

Had no power cable and only fix was to send whole thing back.

and i5 for this price? It’s decent performing but don’t buy this if you can get a ryzen 7 or i7 for the same price

Do not purchase. Blue screen and hp is no help. Thay arecsaying manufacture warranty is only for hardware, not software.

Thsi pc is absolutely amazing its quite, fast, and good for every video game no problems at all. If your on the edge of buying this or not you 100% should.

Who designed this PC??? I've been a HP customer for many years, but was surprised with this HP OMEN 25L. I replaced my older (and great) 10 year old HP OMEN that was beginning to have issues with the motherboard, so I naturally gravitated to a new OMEN. This PC has only ONE expansion slot for a SSD. While it has physical space for more, it has only one SATA power and data cables. There's no plug on the motherboard for more. I was having issue with connection speed, so HP support fiddled around remotely and updated my BIOS. My system turned out to be slower. HP tech support, if you could understand them, was horrible. I later spoke to an independent tech support person at my work who suggested I simply insert a new ethernet card in an available PCIe slot, but there are NONE. The ethernet is plugged directly into the motherboard, and there are NO available PCIe slots for ANY type of expansion. I later replaced another PC, but this time with a DELL. Wow! Multiple SSD expansion available, open PCIe slots available, allowing me to make several personal upgrades.
