    Trash And nightmare ordered this lemon model and hot delivery on time , i started with very little load and in 2 minutes having error LE motor error , i contacted bestbuy immediately and told them to returned or refund as such it was in 15 day return policy they offered if i wanted to exchange with another, i was very disappointed and decided to go with samsung but unfortunately they cancelled my appointment without asking me and didn’t pickup LG lemon washer that was sitting in my house for two weeks, i try 20 thousand calls and finally was able to speak with Home service customer representative brittney and cynthia because those indian customer service representative know nothing and just waisted ny time for two weeks well i short home service was able to place appointment for just pickup LG and i didn’t want any other washer but just refund in my credit card and they picked up washer almost three weeks and more worse was my refund process because bestbuy isssue gift cards when i buy unfortunately i had to go store to solve my issue because call center was unable to respond

    It washes well, but gets off balance and will repeat the wash cycle over and over. I didn't realize it until after the 4th round of it rewashing. Glad I got the warranty. It does have "AI" and can download an App to monitor wash cycles.

    Product is great. Best Buy service is terrible. Still waiting on a return call from GM or corporate. Not sure how you guys run things but to not reach back out to upset patrons isn’t the way
