Definitely not what you want if you have kids, however it will transform your kitchen, has the modern look, lots of room, love the top drawer, lots of ice, and love how to operate through LG app.

We have had this refrigerator for about a month now and have had no issues so far. It is honestly perfect. It was super easy for us to install the water line and it fits a lot of food. It is perfect for a family of 6.

We are very pleased with the amount of space we have in the refrigerator. The middle compartment is a plus and works well for us. The lighting on the door is a fun feature. One of the shelves could have been a little taller so bottles could be placed upright.

I love how spacious my fridge is! The extra drawer is especially handy because it can function as fridge or freezer is case extra space is needed. Best purchase ive made!

Super pleased with this sleek refrigerator. Tons of storage and love the door in door feature it’s a game changer and I believe saves a lot of energy instead of opening the main door all the time. We never run out of ice with the dual ice makers and the instaview is a nice touch.

Fit well and works great. The double ice maker is the reason for buying it. The installation team did a great job. The application for the LG refrigerator allows to make it different from other ones.

I have only had the refrigerator for 10 days and is working perfectly. The light in the door is fun

It has more space to place our stuff. It lights up when you knock on the glass which I think is a cool feature of this fridge. The 2nd compartment that can be converted to a freezer is also very good feature of this fridge

Very stylish, large capacity. Middle drawer real plus. I've only had the fridge for a month, but so far so good.

We've had our new LG fridge for about a month now and really like it. While the same volume as the old one it seems to have more space (or fit more things) than the old one. Also really love the flex space drawer rather than having a full-width drawer inside the fridge. Ice maker works great, the small cubes are nice and the crushed ice is also a plus. Front "window" door opening is nice for just grabbing the milk or something quick from the door. Couple downsides: - Previously we'd stored all our condiments on the inside of the door but I don't want to look at 1000 bottles in the window so I had to buy plastic containers for a shelf and raise one of the shelves way up so it fit the tall bottles. - there's only one button on the water/ice that has to be pressed to change the output (rather than pressing what I want to dispense). - The store display had alternative ("rave") colors for the door, but the settings in the fridge only allow for one color at a time (which is more disappointing for my kids than me) Even with the downsides I'd give this fridge 8/10 and would buy it again!

The quality is great, easy to use and when connected to the LG app it adds user features that enhances the experience.

Love this fridge! We eat a lot of frozen pizza so being able to use the convertible drawer as a freezer creates a great space for our pizzas! It fits 8 boxes!

I love my new LG refrigerator. The instaview is really nice and my kids love changing the colors. So far everything is going well. We like it a lot better than the Samsung smart hub that we used to have.

It's a very quiet fridge, which is important with our open floor plan. So far everything's working well. Unfortunately, the fridge came out of the box with 2 dents on the front of the left-hand door, which has the ice maker. Service came out and informed us the entire refrigerator has to be replaced because the door only is not available. It's very frustrating that Quality Control didn't catch this BEFORE it was boxed up - or if they did, they didn't care. Major inconvenience.

This is a simply wonderful refrigerator with a major flaw and a minor annoyance: First, the water and ice dispenser is simply terrible. The controls are not just nonintuitive, they are incomprehensible. Second, the lack of handles makes the unit look so smooth and sleek, but makes actually getting into anything a major pain. Both are things you should consider (are those features really important to you?) before you pick this excellent fridge.

We really like the new LG Frig. So far, so good. Installation was another story. I believe the refrigerator bought at Best Buy, was delivered and installed by an outside company. Installation was not completed. Two major drawers were not installed. One was easy, the other is not. They're coming back to fix that. The installers did not take off any plastic and tape (there was plenty). I don't think this should be our job. We paid about $50 for installation.

Love the new Fridge very easy to use and kid friendly

Had to get this fridge because the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator we bought initially stopped working days after the one year warranty expired, wish I would have bought this one first! Only issue with it is it slides on our hard wood floor if the kids shut it to hard so constantly have to pull it out
