Not quite sure yet. It was having a issue where the fan was running a lot and I could not wake it up, I had to restart every time, but it seems to have resolved itself.

HP is a great product, it runs fast. Really like the camera being above the monitor which goes up or down, this way if you forgot to shut it off, and it is down, it doesn't come on when having a bad hair day! Picture quality is great. I am not an IT person but had an an IT expert setup, with what I wanted, it was ready to go! Easy to use, height is right on target, with the capability to adjust up or down, side ways, with tilting. I have choices for screen touch, keyboard or mouse. Has lots of storage, works great, I was able to add my HP printer myself which is also wireless, getting use to being wireless! My old HP PC, was purchased in 2019, the only reason I bought a new one was because it did not upgrade to the Windows 11, which is what I needed. I am still keeping it.

This has the processing speed, sleek design, storage and memory, and big screen that I have been looking for. I love this computer and believe it was a great purchase.

This computer replaces my older ASUS all-in-one. The former was bulky and heavy. This one is lightweight, and the adjustable height makes it more user-friendly. The newer processor also makes log-on and downloads faster.

Love my new HP All-in-One. Love its size, speed and capacity. Would definitely purchase this again and recommend to anyone looking for yet another quality HP experience.

I like this unit a lot. I bought/returned 2 other units before this. One was a Dell, nice machine, but didn't like the base - took up too much room, and an HP, which was good, but frankly, I wanted something more stylish lol. Anyway, this was really fast to set up, easy quick integration with everything else I've got going (basicaly just sign into Windows/Microsoft 365) and I was up and running in maybe 45 minutes. Runs fast and clean. Just for geek purposes theres a part of me that wants to ramp it up to 32gb, but there really is no reason for it. Everything runs smooth. One small surprise is that the screen is matte, not glare (so it's LCD I guess) and at first that bugged me a little bit, but I've actually found it a little easier on the eyes/viewing as glare in the room (I work at my home office near a window) is not a problem. Also, teh base of the unit has very durable black felt on it. I thought that was weird at first but it turns out to be a nice spot to put my external HD and it's not sliding around anymore AND it's a good with room to place items, etc. Love it and highly recommended. Love the big screen, computer is very easy to use and speed is very quick. Letters on keyboard could be a little larger and darker in color, our keyboard is white.

It's the first time I buy an HP All in one computer and I'm glad I made the change from a Lenovo. It's fast, easy to manage and looks very classy. I love it!!

It does what it's supposed to, but it feels cheap. I ended up getting a new keyboard and mouse, because the one supplied with it is flimsy. The stand feels flimsy. The pop-up camera feels cheap. But if an all-in-one is what you want, this does a great job. Works fast, plenty of disk space, pretty good screen. I would buy it again if I needed one.

LOVE this. Runs like a champ, FAST. Nice big, clear screen, and the height is adjustable, easier on the neck.
