This is easy to set up and I like not have the processor unit sitting on the desk

I bought this to replace an old HP all-in-one running Windows 10 that wouldn't let me update to 11, plus had a mechanical hard drive that took forever to boot up. This boots up in under a minute and is quiet. I'm not a gamer so this has more than enough speed to do average stuff. I'm happy with that aspect of it. A couple of things not the best- the stand that holds the screen onto the base is kinda wobbly if you're trying to adjust the screen but not a problem once you get it set. Another thing I don't like is all the plug-ins are in the back of the computer. So if you need to plug in a cord or stick you have to reach around or under to plug it in, then have to hold onto it because of that wobbly base. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and got it on sale $200 off.

Love this computer. Mine was misbehaving so I took it into Best Buy to use total tech. While I was waiting I went shopping and picked this computer up. They called me when I was on my way home to say that had fixed my old one. I decided to try the new one and it was so amazing I decided I had to keep it. So easy to set up and works like a gem! its been a few months and I still can’t believe how much better it is than the one I had. Just amazing!

I love my new computer. It works great. I love HP products. This is very easy to use. It’s compatible to everything that I have. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

I love the big screen so easy to read for my tired eyes

Bought an open box cpu because our old one was old enough that it wasn’t going to be able to get anymore updates and concern that prices could go crazy. Reece showed me what computer was most like the one we currently have. Bought basically same computer but newest version. Because it was open box it didn’t come with any paperwork. I initially could not figure out how to get wireless keyboard and mouse to work and when I started setup Windows was not updating correctly. Because I have the Best Buy Total membership I was able to take the computer in to the store and they quickly showed me how to make the keyboard and mouse work and also fixed the windows issue and loaded the purchased software and the antivirus software I also get from them. (No Norton for me, no additional charges for work on computer) computer is working flawlessly and we are learning about Windows 11 now. I am very happy with my decision to buy open box and with Best Buy Total I am covered! Reece was pleasant to work with and very helpful and informative. There is always a chance when purchasing new appliances or electronics that things can go wrong but I have used Best Buy for several years now and I have a great deal of confidence in my local store in Springfield, Or.

Was a good upgrade for the previous HP all in one being used. Simple setup and ease of use.

Efficient computer with great screen - no problems at all setting up.

We bought this computer for my wife to use in her craft room. Her room is big and she has multiple work areas. The 27" screen is clear and bright and easily seen from any of her workstations.

Tge first thing youll notice us the speed of turning on annoff this PC. I love tge screen size and the added feature if having a touch screen. Its inky beenna fewxweeks, but im happy with my purchase.

Love it; only real issue is having the usb on back of monitor & it is little awkward getting to it but this is a great computer!
