    The only thing wrong with it is the finger print sensor I can’t get to work but other then that it’s a excellent laptop

    I bought this in October 2024 for basic use at home. I didn't use it everyday or for long periods. Mainly for personal recordkeeping and internet access. Motherboard failed in June 2025. I was without a computer for a full month while the manufacturer played around; eventually they admitted they couldn't replace it. Since less than a year old and still under full warranty, Best Buy replaced it with the same product. BIG MISTAKE. The new one that I received in July 2025 as a replacement is now failing too. Every boot is delayed due to "checking and repairing C Drive," which it clearly doesn't do successfully. Don't waste your money on this!
