Washer is easy to use and large capacity. If you order thru Best Buy go to store to order or do not Order. Customer service is very limited. There is no means to talk to anyone that can correct issues created by Best Buy online . My order got canceled after 2 weeks for no reason. I spent hours on phone with limited response. Best Buy does not allow there stores to have phone service to customers. My reorder was overbilled and they left off my 5 year warranty and installation and haul away. Very disappointed customer who have use Best Buy alot..

This is my first time owning a front loader and so far its great. Very quiet and efficient. I love the App, which does keep me informed as to what cycle I selected and time remaining. It also prompts me when the cycle is completed. Overall, I am very happy with this product, clean and fresh-smelling clothes. The capacity is very large, no issues with items getting twisted or bunching up during the wash cycles. There are LOTS of options for wash cycles and water temperatures. So far, I am very happy with this machine.

GE once again does not disappoint. Washer is easy to use and AI does a great job at detecting different levels of dirt and adapting!

It has some cycles on it that i dont understand and they do not explain them in the owners manual. The wash cycles take alot longer than my old washer and the 30 load detergent is great but you still yave go add the bleach and the softwner each wash. So its almost pointless to me. This washer also adds water pretty frequently during the wash rather than what it needs at the same time. Im not sure if i would suggest this washer. It is a quiet unit, it doesnt make any sounds when its done and i love that! Debating weather or not im going to return and exchange them!

Very happy with my purchase, no issues, it good up to my phone and tesla me someone forgot cloths in the washer or dryer. I love that feature

Clothes come out brighter and fresher! Washer is very efficient and precise with all items to be washed. (Comforters, blankets, etc.) Very spacious!

Easy to use. Very efficient and large to accommodate big loads of laundry. I really like the sanitize feature it automatically dose after unloading and closing the door.

I was sceptical about buying an open-box item from anywhere, but I just lost my washer and needed something as fast as possible. I have the rewards program and guessed that it would be my safest way to buy and still be protected with a warranty. As of yet, I have had no need for the warranty, and this washer and dryer set has been great.

Very good washing machine Model Serial: PFW87OSPVORS GE APPLIANCES with a lot of features, quieter than most washers and clean. I recommend this GE washing machine. I also bought a GE dryer and is also very good.

So far I am very happy with this washer! The only complaint, the soap dispenser still has water in , even after Vent option. So I have to take it out completely and dry with a rug to keep it mold free…

This machine has amazingly changed my washing experience . My clothes are better washed and I actually enjoy washing.

Purchase this washer about a month ago. Honestly it has been fantastic. Clothes smell better than my old washer. Plenty of room. Love the light and features. Touch buttons are very cool.

I am thrilled with this machine! My last washing machine only lasted 18 months. I was surprised at how heavy the GE is. It is solid, quiet, and does a great job getting the clothes clean. The automatic soap dispenser is a great feature. The sparkly blue is very pretty.
