Even though it took a little while to get used to the lock feature I do like it!

The only problem (and it's big problem for me) - It's impossible to turn off sounds on this microwave, and it's really loud.

It feels flimsy and has a loud buzzing noise when running. If I had unboxed it and starting using it right away I would have returned it within the 15 day return policy. Since I didn't and 18 days have passed by I'm stuck with it. I'd shop for a better unit.

It is a good size and we like the safety button after heating so as to caution against burns. Reasonably priced good performance good purchase!

It was under warranty, but the claim process required buying another of the same model and sending GE the receipt which felt unnecessary and the process seemed long and not very easy. Instead, I just bought a different microwave. On top of that, it didn’t heat food very well.
