Another issue I noticed is that it spills some grounds on to the platter part of the machine. Also didn’t realize that water pools at the bottom resevoir…. Called Ninja and they did a FaceTime to determine the issue… they advised me to return to the store and I receive it tomorrow. I want to love this so bad…. Coffee is amazing and machine is so easy to use!!

The instructions state to tamp the coffee until the spring tamper touches the funnel. When doing so, the machine doesn't produce enough pressure to push water and subsequently coffee through. I've been tamping lighter and that helps most of the time. The auto frother works extremely well, which is the only reason this is a 4 instead of 5 stars.

I would suggest this to anyone who loves espresso and wants it streamlined. We upgraded our old espresso machine to this and honestly like the coffee it makes just as much a local fancy coffee shops and it makes it SO easy to make!!!

She has made espresso, cold press brew or espresso and is drinking more coffee than before. She is the barista at home and picked up on the use pretty quickly.

Comes with an excellent manual and all the accessories you might need. We've used it everyday since Christmas and haven't had any issues.

Makes the best espresso along with drip coffee, cold brew, quad shots, and iced espresso. So many different ways to use this machine and is so worth the money!
