I purchased this and the edge of the rubber came off around the screen, it is a very poor design, after spending an hour with Logitech customer service and sending them receipts, pictures and videos of the design flaw, they sent me a warranty replacement. The warranty replacement had no further warranty and within 3 months it came apart at the same seem wraps around the screen. There are many other reviews of this product with the exact same failure of the rubber trim piece.

No backlight on keys and still $80 or so. Got an ergonomic foldable flat keyboard for $20.

The combo keyboard case was perfect but in 15 months keys started coming out. Warranty is valid for 12 months only, so a big waste of money. Better to buy Apple product rather than saving some dollars on this.

My first iPad and it’s the best tablet I’ve ever owned.

This is the latest iteration of the Combo Touch that I have used with my iPads.The my past Combo Touches were for a 13 inch iPad Pro, this one being for my current 11 inch iPad Pro, it is obviously smaller, particularly felt in the keyboard. First, aesthetically speaking, this Combo Touch has some changes to it from the previous models, feeling noticeably lighter to me, even with the iPad being the smaller version, the density feels less. I think part of this is that the material surface doesn’t feel padded like previous versions. This version has a rubbery texture, with no real padding to speak of, but I think this is part of the reason for the less weight feeling. The surface that when open sits on the desktop or table (or lap) is a metal plate, with no rubbery material over it. This makes the keyboard on the inside a very rigid experience, which is good, but the metal being exposed on the outside is an odd choice to me. It’s the only real part that is not covered. Both materials also show fingerprints pretty easily, and being a charcoal gray to black color, that means this does show fingerprints most of the time. Opening up the case is pretty similar to previous versions. The kickstand on the back of the part that holds the iPad is sturdy, and I find it very supportive. It also doesn’t wobble or anything when open, so it feels high quality. The iPad inserts into this part, and forms a lip around the screen, and while this has advantages, I have been worried that it will cause my screen protector to bubble up. Hasn’t yet, but they touch. There is a cutout for the pencil to attach, and it’s a comfortable fit. The keyboard has a great key travel and feels comfortable as well. The function row has shortcut keys and since this attached by magnets, they are very easy to see and access. There is a home key where the ESC key would be, and it goes home when you don’t have a need to escape something, for instance if you have a menu open in an app, that key will back out of the menu, then hitting it again takes you to the Home Screen. The trackpad is large and sensitive. it is a click everywhere type, and is a mechanical action as opposed to a haptic feedback. Some will love this, some won’t. I don’t mind either way as long as you can click at the top and get the same actions as when you click at the bottom. This is a powered through the iPad device, so no charging is needed. It attaches to the other piece that holds the iPad, so to use the keyboard you have to use the back for the iPad, rather than just using the keyboard wirelessly or attached without the cover. Performance wise I find the keys great, but I’m noticing what I think is a software issue where it either ignores my typing or it types something else. I also notice at times the trackpad will register a touch and I have the click touch option off in settings. For this reason and the easy fingerprint issue, I would consider this a decent keyboard, pretty protective case, and versatility, that needs a few updates and possibly improved materials next go round.

Felt very flimsy. Ended up returning and getting an apple product instead.

We tried everything and this case would not fit. The lip of the case just wouldnt wrap around to get the thing in. Case might be great if it would go on. This was for an 11 inch ipad pro gen 4

Update! After six months of gentle light use by adults only indoor home , no traveling no work the case is falling apart. At this price it should last much longer. Great secure case, wish the keyboard had Bluetooth options.

It is very convenient to have but it’s kind of heavy. It takes away from the lightweight feel which is why I purchased my IPad.

Less expensive than apple keyboard but heavy. More than doubles weight.
