The help was very direct and the information they gave was really straight foward. I ask for a fast computer to use Photoshop on it and can also use it on the go with durable battery life and they point me to the right direction.

Super Happy - lightening speed

Geek squad managed the entire transfer from old stop efficiently and without a hitch. As a Total member we get the extra year of insurance and regular annual free checkups on equipment. Great value.

Very courteous and respectful when challenges came up on establishing a credit account.
