I was in need of a new pair on a trip, and gave these a chance and 6 months later still going strong. Haven't had any issues with these so far.

The sound is amazing and the quiet works well too. The only downfall is the earpiece i am in between the first and second size but i made it work out ok!

That sound is often a slight "white noise" characteristic of the Noise Canceling or Ambient Sound modes. To see if that clears it up, try turning those features off via the Sony | Sound Connect app when you aren't using them. Also, check for any firmware updates in the app, as these often include stability fixes for audio transitions!

They have some issues, the touch is more hassle than the button. I sometimes click it on accident and because of their weight they fall out easier than the 700 series. Even if you fit the ear buds in with the right size cushion.

Very neutral sound, which may bore some. The EQ in the app is good enough to change the sound of the earbuds, especially the bass. Battery life is great, I could use them for the whole day before putting them back in the case to charge. I don't like the case. Awkwardly shaped, bulky, and the plastic feels creaky. Overall, very good for $80.

Great value for the price

My dog chewed up my beats fit pros and so I needed new earbuds. I tried these and the features are great. The only thing wrong with them is that there's no wing. My beats wing was nice it kept the buds in my ears. I haven't had these ones fall out yet though so maybe I don't need them.

Regarding the audio stopping when you remove one earbud, this is usually due to the built-in wearing detection sensor. To keep the music playing, you can simply toggle the "Pauses when headphones are taken off" setting to Off within the Sony | Sound Connect app.
