Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the great picture and OLED quality of the 48" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025). The TV is easy to set up, the perfect size for some users, and performs smoothly, especially in games, with a fantastic refresh rate and brightness. However, some customers have noted the button layout is missing some input buttons.

Love this. Works great as a pc monitor. My only quibble is the remote they send with it is trash. Got another one like the one that came with my smaller LG off Amazon and threw the other away.

Stunning picture. I wasn’t a fan of Dolby Vision until now but on oled it’s amazing. Interface is clean. Contrast is amazing. I had the B5 and the increased contrast was so good I returned for the C5.

Nice TV. 48” was just big enough for my space. Stacked a few discounts and got it for a great price. I was going back and forth between this and Samsung but QD oled would look less black with the lights on, im used to webOS already, and LG display is the only company making 48” panels anyway. My main use case is playing video games on it. Mostly old stuff through an upscaler and CRT emulator. It looks great for that stuff and unlike a real CRT I could carry it upstairs by myself and I can still watch modern content when I want. The only gripe I have is that the sleek new remote doesnt have an input button. You can add the inputs to the app row on the home screen but its a bit clunky.

Great TV. Beautiful colors and sharpness. Some TV guided set up needed to start with, buy easily done. Any set up, picture and sound can be changed with the remote. The remote is good, but takes a little time to learn properly. I discovered that the LG remote from older 4K LG TV also works with it. My wife is impressed with the picture quality.

I would recommend this Tv to anyone, it has a great quality picture. The sound alone is great, you do not need a soundbar, however you can compliment it with a soundbar.

I previously purchased the Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV 50-Inch QN90D and returned it after a large section of pixels went white and Samsung wanted to repair it rather than replace at 2 weeks after purchase. I opted to return instead. This was in the samd price range for 48” vs 50” on the samsung, so i figured i would give it a try and the picture quality is just delicious. It works with dolby vision with my atv and everything is just so crisp and beautiful. I havent been this happy about a tv purchase since i got my first one in 2001 and watched the matrix every night on vhs for months.

I am so glad I decided on this tv. The picture can be as clear and fluid as liquid glass. To keep up with the grade of the motion picture I would advise to get a decent soundbar. The sound it produces is not bad at all it is just the picture is that good.

Love our new TV. Great color and sound. We are using it as a smart TV and the apps for streaming services. LG has a very nice interface and all of our streaming services had apps except for PBS. Our only complaint is the remote - there is no mute button. You have to turn down the volume and the turn it back up again.

Perfect size for use as a PC monitor, the C5 has the best SDR brightness and works great for desktop work or gaming with a 144Hz refresh rate.

Leave it in Cinema or OLED Care Theater mode

Nice size TV with a great picture. It still has glare, but it's not terrible. I use it for gaming, sports, movies, and TV. A very diverse TV. The new remote is better than the one for the C3. I recommend leaving the TV in Cinema or OLED Care Theater mode. Because selecting to brighten the picture or increase the dynamic contrast is bad for your vision. I had the brightness and dynamic range increased for only a month or so. And I started to get blurry vision in doors and out of doors. But I turned all of that off. And the picture is better, and it's better for your eyesight.
