The mute button is easy and the fact that there is a clip to attach the mute/volume makes for easier use. A good product for the right price and a solid investment.

Works well for Virtual Meetings

The audio and mic work great for this. It is better than expected while listening to music as well. Knocked it down a star because it starts to get uncomfortable on my ears after an hour+, although adjusting where it is on my head usually fixes that problem.

When it's in working order it has great sound and mic capabilities. However it doesn't last as long as others that we have bought. It ranges from a few months to a year. But we always go with the same one to replace it with because it is great quality especially for the price.

Working from has brought about a new meaning to the word of intrusive co-worker with my dogs rustling thru the house knocking things over this headset takes a beating and keeps right on ticking.... And I can hear very clear with them. Before I bought the headset when people were talking on zoom sometimes it was difficult to hear them, but not now I’m really proud of my new headset.
