    Broke after 4 uses. 4th time I left it on keep warm and i came back to find the bottom had cracked and all the tea spilled all over the counter. Worthless Also the diffuser housing doesn't click until place very well. This thing is just cheap crap.

    I wanted to love this tea kettle. It looks beautiful. Unfortunately the design of the infuser makes it unusable. The infuser falls odd when the water boils, causing tea leaves to go all over the place. I tried it several times, being sure to follow instructions, but with the same result. Obviously a design flaw. I've returned it for a no-hassle refund.

    Purchased online received the first one it was clearly used and in poor condition! Then called for an exchange for was sent another used one in ever worst condition! This is unacceptable! I will be returning and won’t buy again!
