I paid extra for a 2 year warranty on a 150 dollar tablet. It is now broken and I went to use my warranty. They failed to tell me to utilize my warranty I would have to pay 84.95 to ship my damaged item to the repair hub and back to me. Or if they offered to waive that I would have to pay the REPAIR. The fact you are offering this warranty on this tablet when to use it you basically pay for a new one in the cost of warranty and/or shipping/repair. What a rip off to customers. This is also the second tablet that has done what is shown in the photos which is why I decided to pay extra for a warranty and this happens even when we use child protective cases on these.

By far the worse experience ever. Computer crash after 2 months, geek squad agents have failed to keep me updated on Computer. I sent this pc to repair on 12-28-21 its 2-5-22 and still no answer.

Most service plans go into effect after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. This one expires the day before the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Waste of money.

Bought a Kindle for my girlfriend for Christmas. A few months down the road, she started having issues with it. Took it back to Best Buy, they looked at it to see if they could fix it, with no luck. Gave us a new replacement and transferred the warranty over from the old one.

We used the warranty for a device i purchased for my grandchild. I was highly impressed with the process. We used it about a year and a half later. I didn't have to go into the store. His parents were able to take care of all of it at their nearest Best Buy. They used my email and name. The nee product shipped directly to them, just as if it were a new purchase. Very happy and it was well worth purchasing!

Great buy… the merchandise started giving me problems. I reached out to geek squad for assistance. Very efficient.. They replaced my tablet and it was just that simple.

The gentleman was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He dealt with phone calls, impatient customers without appointments and dealt with my issue quickly. He knew exactly what was wrong and what the solution was. It was the best experience. You guys need to hire more people to help them out. They were swamped. They always are. Have had two kindle tablets for the little kiddos, one cracked the screen and the other messed up the charging port. Took both in and was able to get a giftcard to replace with new ones with no issue!

Geek squad is as helpful as anything can be in every aspect ., very quick when an issue occurs and an item needs fixing and very helpful employees in and out of the store .

My sons tablet from christmas had already had a broken charger port (completely missing inner piece), returned ..and againnnn another broken charger port within TWO months of christmas this year. After the first return I removed all chargers and would be the only one (other than my parents) to charge it. It STILL broke half of the charger port piece off somehow. I am beginning to be very wary of the quality of amazon purchases these days....from clothes to electronics to skin/hair care, sadly. Found a "name brand" tablet on best buy for slightly more money, but literally I am SO much more confident in this tablet AND store.
