Hey have always Total Protection from Geek Squad. It is worth every penny I have a problem I call them they get it figured out if I need to pay send someone out to take care of it between TVs computer sound systems they're the best.

I will not mention my Carrier's name but my insurance with them was twice as much. The Geek Squad purchase for this S21 Plus plan was paid in full for 2 years. No more monthly $20.00 tacked on to my phone bill. Thanks guys

Bought this protection 2wks after getting my phone. I just so happen to accidentally dropped my phone on the floor in my room, & cracked the whole back of my phone. Haven't gotten it fixed yet but knowing that I have the coverage, helps out alot!

I haven't had my new phone long and at the time of my purchase I didn't have the extra money to buy a case and screen protectors. Purchasing the accidental protection plan gives me the piece of mind until I can get the extra phone accessories. I also like that I can cancel away any time.

I had no idea this service allowed for a month. But these folks considered it especially for a laptop that crapped out after the month. You get the usual service for the 1 or 2 year plans. Let's just say this is on their hidden menu ;)

Has never let me down, so of course I got it when buying my wife a new Samsung flag ship. Sucks that it's an upfront cost but man, I've ALWAYS been glad I did it in the long run. Best replacement plan around, by far.

The two employees helping me were very helpful and friendly. Took time to explain phone and features. One even switched me to a better plan so I'm paying less. Excellent experience

We purchased this plan after a previous experience with someone (me) spilling a glass of water on the wireless keyboard. We replaced the keyboard a while later when the keys began to work. Luckily at that time we did not need to replace the laptop.

Its good to have the geek squad protection plan. Even if you purchased a expensive product, today’s technology can give you problems and doesn’t work. Geek squad can do the evaluation and work with customers for resolution.

I am so impressed with the Geek squad anytime I've used it there was never been any problems, usually the item is returned before the date they told me. Most impressed.

You never know when ur going to drop and crack ur phone. With new phones costing $1000 or more this is a great plan, even though the last time I bought it for my phone i didn't use it. I still feel it's a great value. But, choose to pay for it upfront and not in installments.

Purchased item as a gift and the protection made sense. I want the gift to be as free from issues as possible. If it breaks it will be fixed or replaced at no cost. This is a basic service I paid full price for. A solid full gift package.

I brought a new Samsung Note 20 Ultra and purchased the geek squad protection plan just for the ease mind because you never know what or when something will happen. With the Geek Squad protection plan I'm covered.

Purchased phone insurance through geek squad. Better price than through phone store and easier and more convenient repair replace options. Honestly hope I don’t have to use but peace of mind.

Never had an issued with Geek Squad Service. They have fixed everything I've brought and fair priced too. I gain some knowledge when repairs happen so that is a plus!

Great benefit to have in case of an accident. Cheaper monthly rate and deductible in comparison with my cell provider option. Like that you can do a rapid exchange too!
