I bought this 14-inch MacBook Pro as a Christmas gift for my wife, and it’s been a great upgrade for her. Right out of the box, everything feels fast and smooth (migrate from her previous MacBook was a breeze). Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and it stays completely quiet during normal use. The screen looks fantastic—sharp, bright, and very comfortable to look at for long periods. The Space Black finish looks sleek and premium without being flashy. Battery life has also been impressive, easily lasting through a full day of everyday use. She really likes the keyboard and trackpad, which are both excellent. Typing feels natural, and the trackpad is precise and responsive. macOS runs flawlessly on this hardware, and overall it just feels solid and reliable. It’s powerful without feeling bulky or overkill, and light enough to carry around easily. So far, it’s been a perfect balance of performance, design, and ease of use. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. She is over the moon about it. Cannot stop using it and is very impressed with the quality and performance of the m5 chip. I do wish they had a modular design for the ram and storage upgrades, however I can’t complain since I got it for 250 off for the Black Friday sale and an additional 250 off from a PayPal promotion.

This computer is one of the best I’ve ever used. It’s extremely fast and has tons of RAM, probably more than the average person needs. I highly recommend this computer if you like to lightly game (like Sims 4) or if you like editing on heavy software like After Effects! 10/10!!!

This was released a month after I purchased the M4 version. I exchanged it & paid the difference (it was over $300.00). I do not regret it for the graphics improvement alone. It in no way stands up against my PC with an RTX 5070TI, but the improvement is huge for Apple. It is now my most used machine.

Ordered on line and received notice that my MacBook Pro was ready for pickup. Got to the store and waited in line less than a couple minutes and was on my way home. Service was awesome and the new MacBook is great. Love it

I like apple products because I think the security is most likely better than the Microsoft laptops. If I loose the laptop or it is stolen I have more faith that hackers cannot access the hard drive without the password than I do with a microsoft laptop. Also with Apple I don't have to separately purchase anti virus software apple supplies all that with their OS online upgrades. In addition Apple offers a human help line I can call Microsoft does not offer that. In addition Best Buy was the best place to buy the laptop because I got $185.00 towards future Best Buy purchases - if I had bought this laptop in an Apple Store I would not have gotten that.

Picked the 14" cause it's perfect for the size.Also m5 upgrade was way better from my 2012.only thing i don't like about it is it gets scratched way to easy now.Other than that everything was great and it was on sale when i got it Black Friday.

After much deliberation... I Took advantage of the Best Buy Trade-in program to upgrade from a base model spec M2 Air 13 inch to the Pro M5 14 inch. Until this I had been telling everyone that the base model MacBook Air is the place that most people need to be. But for me - I was noticing with the M2 Air that when I was doing a lot of graphic intense things (4K external monitor, combined with screen sharing in Teams) that I was getting significant slowdowns. Upgraded to the M5, and that problem totally went away! Truth? In 2025 and 2026 - unless you have a REALLY COMPELLING reason to buy a Windows-based laptop you should just bite the bullet. Spend the money. Get something good. And the MacBook M5 Pro is good.

An absolutely beautiful electronic. I’ve upgraded since the pro I had been using since 2015. These MacBooks are built to last and I’m very happy I finally upgraded to the newest model and it’s such an exciting upgrade.
