Amazing laptop. I wanted a super fast processor and I definitely got it. It never lags or stalls trying to open big applications. Amazing sound quality and display is great.

Great product. The transition from PC to MAC was seamless. Most of my work involves signing in through the Windows app and it works perfectly, The only issue is the snipping tool, but the workaround is to go to the snipping tool inside of the Remote Desktop through the Start menu. This works perfectly,

I had an old 2015 13” MacBook Pro with Retina display. It has served me well over the years, but I wanted an upgrade. Then I found the MacBook Pro 14” with the M5 chip. It’s faster, and the sound is incredible! It’s amazing how much they’ve packed into the unit in 11 years. Plus I got a 1TB hard drive as opposed to the 512GB I had previously. I’m looking forward to seeing how much more I can do on the new machine. Oh the battery life is incredible.

Absolutely love this computer. Replaced a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. For my needs, the speed of this device is amazing. I use it for creative needs such as PremierPro, Illustrator, etc. and this device handles it extremely well, especially when working with 4K video processing.

I recently upgraded my laptop to make editing photos quicker and I am thouroughly impressed by how quickliy my images upload. I am also now able to effectively use my editing software without the computer shutting down or only giving some photos edits per session on the computer. Additionally, I love Apple and how seemlesly all my devices work together. I am very happy with my purchase and it is working perfectly for what I needed.

Great travel laptop with plenty of punch. No problem keeping up

Love it! This was replacing an old MacBook Pro and I was able to do that seamlessly with this MacBook and with the help of Geek Squad.

Loved loved this awesome laptop. BUT way too much for this 79 yo to handle — had to have geek squad help me out!! I ended trading it down and am waiting for me simplier new laptop. Sure was a nice nice very complicated device

My new laptop is marvelous. No more spinning wheels or suddenly shutting down or frozen screen. some of the changes in IOS Tahoe compared to Monterrey are not so great and I'm not thrilled with those.
