    I really like this HP. It is taking me some time to get use to the Windows 10 after using Windows 7 for so long. So some times I get very frustrated. So it is more me then the computer. Everything is great on the computer itself, but am still exploring some of the new features.

    It turns on, that is the best I can say about the lap top. I didn't need a top preforming machine, I need to check email, write some papers for school w/ Word, and play a little Minecraft in my down time. This pile of junk has froze, lagged or crashed since week 2. The 5 year old Toshiba ( at the same price point) that I put through the ringer would probably still way out preform this pile of... well I don't wat to insult piles of horse manure... wish I could return this useless junk for a new one. BEWARE!

    Worked okay for a week. It was slow, but it worked. At the end of the week, I got a "Hard Disk Error" message as it was starting up. I ran the F2 System Diagnostics, and it said that the primary hard drive was failing. After wasting two days trying to get satisfaction from HP, I'm sending it back to them for repair or replacement.
