Good price; decent speed and storage; the graphics Driver failed within two days days and I had to reload the os

I love my new laptop. It was the easiest new laptop to start using. The keyboard is comfortable. I really like being able to use both the keyboard and the touch screen.

Was skeptic at first about the touch screen but it works great. It's pretty quick as well. Only thing I don't like so far is it switched to a "tile" format with an update I think. And I can't figure out how to switch it back, so I'll have to bring it in to get help. Otherwise pretty happy with purchase

This laptop performs as well as any Intel i5 desktop. I have a USB 3.0 hub hooked up to it with external graphics card adapters for my monitors and there is no lag.

My new HP computer has everything I need at a great price. Best Buy Sales person was also very helpful.

I got this laptop for my 12 year old nephew so he could do his school work. The laptop is working just fine and he loves it. He's even able to play games from Steam.

So far, it's done everything we've asked it to do. Great screen and plenty fast enough for what i need.

I had bought this for a good price it was an open box product I really like the touchscreen my grandson uses it though it’s not the best as far as for a gaming computer but just for regular streaming the Internet it works great. I would buy another one if I needed one. I would definitely buy an open box one again because the price could not have been beaten.
