I was looking for a HP laptop that gave enough hard drive space, but also had the RAM to keep the multitasking programs moving freely. This laptop has it all, including the touchscreen ability. Windows 10 is a plus. Easy to set up and personalize. Only knock is a little sluggish on a restart. I waited until the price was right (on sale). For the price, this was perfect for my graduate.

Bought this laptop for my son. He loves that it’s a touch screen as well. Battery life is good.

Nice, light weight touch-screen laptop, Good battery life and plenty fast for my needs. Took a few hours to setup due to Windows udates but otherwise is fast and responsive.

This is an excellent mid range computer. Great for surfing the web or typing up school papers. Easy set up and the touch screen is an added bonus.

HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive Purchased for my not-at-all tech savvy mother for her birthday, she loves it! She needed something for basic tasks like email, browsing, MS office, and occasional Netflix, this is perfect for her. Touch screen already has her hooked, now she wants a new PC, with a touch screen... She keeps touching her PC screen only to be disappointed. Setup was quick and easy, as was registering it with HP for warranty and support. Had to fully charge the battery before turning it on for the first time, then configured the wifi, updated the OS and installed additional software, which all took less time than showing her how to use it. Impressive Specs: i5 7200u processor is a 2.5GHz hyper-threaded dual core with 4 threads, 12 PCI express lanes, impressive memory bandwidth of 32.1 Gb/s and benchmarks better than expected 50.1% @ UserBenchmark (My top of the line laptop i7-7700HQ benchmarks @ 74.1%). Other thoughts: Picked it up in store... I was reluctant to accept it because it had large black boot prints on the box, someone had very obviously and literally been walking/stepping/standing on it at some point. Thankfully, HP's packaging is excellent, I could have used it as a trampoline without doing damage to the laptop: A++ to HP for their superior packaging!

I love my new HP laptop! Best Buy Geek Squad was very helpful to link my email. I have been using my new laptop quite a bit for work and shopping.

I purchased this based on the price and the touch screen. After reading reviews from others I was skeptical. But I found it was a really good buy and works great. I would recommend it. Plus, Best Buy lived up to their price guarantee after I found it had gone down in price. They quickly refunded me the difference which made my purchase even better than expected.

This laptop was chosen for the processor that was in the unit Intel I5, up-gradable ram and an above average size hard drive 1tb, this replaced a Toshiba laptop that had been an issue since the day we bought it with all kinds of problems that had too be sent back to the manufacture and even then it was still plagued with problem, this unit seems to be well built and we have not had any of the previous issues with this machine. My daughter is a heavy user of her laptops and she likes the way this machine handle all that she does with it without issues

Excellent Memory and Disk Capacity Processor Speed is Great. Touch Screen is cool. Only issue is after installing Windows 10 update, it takes long to boot, needs some configuration changed, if you are not a tech person, please take it to Geek Squad for fine tuning.

We needed a basic laptop to take care of personal home things like taxes pictures on line ordering and such.We got all that plus lots of memory for our photos. We would recomend this lap top to any one that was looking for a good fast and moderately priced unit
