I like having a touchscreen. Have had no issues and starts quickly when turned on. The down side is the battery life isn't as long as I would like it.

I've been looking around for a laptop for my wife without breaking the bank. I managed to pick this up when it was $100 off, so for 429 it was a good deal. Has been working well for my wife so far.

The price was very reasonable, it was missing it's cord, but the store had a item in stock that would work. Fast and dependable.

We bought this for my son's schoolwork. It is easy to use, especially with the touchscreen. It is more than sufficient for his needs and has exceeded our expectations for this price point.

Purchased this computer for my teenage son to use for homework and gaming. He absolutely loves it! This is a great computer for the price, especially considering it has a touchscreen.

I have searched a lot during 3 weeks inside this range of prices under USD 500 (Best buy and Amazon). I also wanted a good battery life, touch screen, DVD drive, good speed and a minimum Intel Core i5. I am very satisfied with my selection. Bought in Miami and brought to Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. Laptop is working great.

Been a desktop user since the early 90's. Always been HP user, not necessarily a conscience decision, but have ended up with HP products. Last one died on July 4th this year. Went several months without a cell phone, computer, & tablet as they all died within a few weeks of each other. Tried research on laptops & for the money, the reviews of this HP model convinced me to buy it. I'm a casual user now & I love this laptop. Meets all my needs with power & speed to spare!

This computer is one of the smoothest and easiest that I have owned. The thing basically sets itself up when you first turn it on and smoothly leads you through the install process. I am very pleased with this purchase. If you are just starting in computers or don't like the complicated setups and use of some models.... then this is the one for you. It will quickly have you up and going. It also forgives some of my bonehead moves and helps me get back on track.

This laptop is pretty fast and easy to navigate. there are a lot of plusses for it being a touchscreen as well

It’s not a powerful computer but for the price, it’s not bad at all. The touchscreen adds to its value.

Its great for me and works fast and the touch screen is cool. Its a reasonable price for a laptop. I just got to get use to all the new features that this has...lol

ITS GOOD BUT NOT GREAT. FOR THE MONEY IT WORKS. IT IS FAST AND HOPE IT STAY THAT WAY MORE THAN 1-YEAR.

laptop looks ok, doesnt look fancy. i use it for browsing, microsoft office, netflix, youtube, just some basic online stuff. works well, speed is ok. windows 10 i believe is the thats a bit slow. windows 10 at work is kinda slow too. touchscreen is good, very responsive. I dont have games and i will no be playing any so i dont know about gaming. overall, if you need a basic laptop. this is it

Like the computer, but don't like Windows 10 as it is not easy to use. Like the touch screen feature.

Bought this to replace an aging 24/7 box that I run in my house. In an SSD world, any regular HDD OS is going to be super slow in all respects, but the i5 and 8gb of memory compensates for some tasks. As this is a 24/7 box I cant comment too much on battery life but any i5 not sitting idle 90% of the time is going to suck in this respect, touchscreen is useless for me, and I run it in away mode and remote connect to it. With all this in mind, if I keep it and replace the hdd with an old ssd i have laying around it will probably double the speed of the laptop, but I would never recommend a sub $500 laptop for gaming, multitasking, etc. Buy it for a budget project and upgrade it as I mentioned and you'll have a sweet ride, otherwise double/triple your budget and get something better--never waste your money thinking you'll get everything.

My new HP laptop has been everything I wanted and needed so far. It's much faster then my old one and has been easy to get used to. I highly recommend it!!

We've only had this out of the box for 3 days, but so far it is everything that was promised. Easy set up and use, love the touch screen functionality too!

This is a good touch screen computer for the price. Adjusting from Windows 7 to 10 can be tricky.

Nice I seldom use the touch screen but when I do it has no issues. Speed is good Easy to hook up

This laptop works wonderful with the Windows 365 package that is installed on it. The battery last longer than anticipated and setup and connectivity is extremely easy. The touch screen is also an added plus eliminating the need of always having to use the mouse or keyboard. It is perfect for the student or executive who needs a reliable laptop at an extremely affordable cost.
