Bought a different computer first, it was not functioning well from the 2nd day. Took it back and bought this much better computer with a faster processor and way more storage. And with the 1 TB my college daughter can download tons of music, and computer programs for school that she needs to without worrying about running out of storage. She has had no problems with a slow computer when streaming television and music. I would recommend this computer.

This laptop was recommended by the salesperson as it was on sale & fit all the needs we were looking for. It was mentioned that it was not as sturdy for traveling often as compared to others with same features but was 40% less money so we bought 3 for our nonprofit. Easy to set up & got Kapersky anti-virus for all 3 for free for a year. Also, purchased Best Buy tech support after finding out they will come out for ANY tech/video/audio work even if none of products were purchased at Best Buy & can bring computers in store for free help.

Love my new laptop. Easy to use starts up fast and runs much faster than my old laptop I would recommend to anyone looking for a new laptop

While I did not need a touchscreen, it works just fine with Linux Mint Cinnamon 64bit too! While it came with Windows 10 installed, I really prefer Linux and was pleased to find the touchscreen, the wifi, and the i5 2.5Ghz processor, 8gb mem, 1tb hard drive, DVD/CD drive and the config is great for the price! Very light little box to carry around!

I bought this for use in my office and have been extremely happy with the features and the speed. Love that it's also a touchscreen.

Got this for my 14 year old duaghter it had a touch screen too which is nice its fast has a nice screen and the keyboard is great

Terrific laptop with great resolution. Nice and thin and light. Looks good too in matte black. The 15.6 screen is just the right size for easy viewing and the colors are true and genuine. It’s very fast with more than enough memory and 1 TB hard drive. I plan on having it for a long time and the price was right.

I have owned this laptop for about two months now. Throughout the first month of using it, it worked splendidly. I loved the touchscreen feature, and it ran pretty well. It was a definite upgrade from my old laptop. Then, after a month, I had a problem with some of the keys on the left side of the keyboard malfunctioning. For the first couple of days this happened on and off, but then it started happening much more frequently, to where I was unable to use those keys more often than I was able to use them. I use my laptop frequently for typing, so obviously this was a problem for me. I contacted Best Buy about the issue, and they told me they couldn't replace it or fix it without paying them for the repairs. Fortunately, I was able to get in contact with HP, who managed to fix the issue by replacing the keyboard. Since having the laptop returned, it has been working fine. Assuming this malfunction was a fluke, I would recommend this laptop to someone else.

Great laptop. Touch screen is durable and snappy. Enough storage for all my files. Watching videos is also good.

I'm not a big fan of HP but due to it being in my price range I bought it. I'm a photographer and use a computer daily to edit pictures. When I first purchased it, the laptop was pretty fast at opening apps and programs. Now at having it about a month it is quite a bit slower. I haven't saved much on the hard drive so that isn't the problem.

Decent laptop, I’ve bought several. Touchscreen is responsive, it’s fast, everything works… I would buy again.
