I was looking for a computer that met my school’s requirements and wouldn’t break me financially. This computer is fast, no problems having multiple windows open at once, and I love the touchscreen option. I haven’t had any problems at all since I purchased it in August. This was a great choice.

This machine is a great buy... splendid even depending on what you’re looking for. My requirements were an inexpensive machine with great performance. The intel i5 processor keeps the machine snappy and speedy when running programs for work. To clarify, I don’t run intense programs. I run the office suite and a lot of internet based programs from the Chrome browser and other cloud computing based programs. The laptop remains speedy (not blazing fast but speedy enough) with many programs open. It doesn’t start out the fastest but give it a day or two and you’ll see performance improve as it gets to know what programs you use. The plasticky, cheap feeling chassis is actually a plus for me because the machine looks good enough (although it feels cheap) that I don’t worry if something happens to the machine. I bought this computer for work and couldn’t be happier at the blend of performance and practical, functionality. I’m pleased with this splendid little machine. Definitely recommended depending on what your priorities are.

Nice little computer for the price. Thought it would be a little faster than it is but then again they can't make a computer fast enough for me. Not crazy about Windows 10 but kinda hard to get around that. Love the 1T hard drive and that it has a number key on the side and DVD/CD player included. Not all computers have that at the price I paid for this one, plus I got it off the Cyber Monday sale so I think I got a really good deal.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday who's in nursing school. Her computer was slow and being on a strict budget couldn't afford to replace. She's very happy with the speed and functions to complete her assignments. Set up was easy and would recommend if you're looking for a quality laptop at a reasonable price

It has worked well. Had a little trouble with the wireless but that might be our router. It is fast enough for what we do and so far it has been dependable. I would purchase it again. It does seem to want to update a lot but I can always check with Geek Squad to see if it is real and needed. Thank You Best Buy

I haven't played around with it a ton, but it's been great for internet surfing and Microsoft Office use. The mousepad is a little touchy, but the touchscreen has been a nice upgrade since my last computer! My one complaint is that I can't tell when the number lock is on, but that's easy to figure out after you try to use it. A light would be helpful in order to prevent errors, especially when working in spreadsheets.

Inexpensive touchscreen with enough memory to get all her work done. Ok for basic games too.

Computer works great for documents, pictures, going online, etc. Meets my needs fine. I do not need great speed but it is plenty fast. Occasionally shuts down unexpectedly but restarts fine. Love the touch screen. Was a good price and an open box purchase.

My son is a senior in college. We bought this when his other laptop died. It was an upgrade in hardrive and processor speed. For the price, it packs a punch with 1TB storage the memory and processor speed is adequate. The large bright screen is a touchscreen, and not clumsy for its size.
