I love shopping from Best Buy is my favorite store for ever

Does exactly what I bought it for, worth the money I spent

Fast, easy to configure and operate. One complaint is that it does not have a very sturdy feel to it. Seem very plasticy. Good value for the price.

I enjoy the touch screen as well as my keyboard, but I would love voice to text to be added with textual and grammatical as part of it as well.

I purchased this HP touch-screen laptop via an in-store exchange of a comparable Dell laptop. The touch screen is responsive but is not a feature I often use because I find it too cumbersome/awkward to outstretch my arm across the keyboard to touch the screen (I feel that the touch screen feature is more suitable for 2 in 1 designs). Also the screen wobbles to and fro at the slightest touch and exhibits a wavelike, ripple graphic effect where the screen meet the hinges. The hinges seem to be constructed poorly and look cheap. The intel i5 processor is fast and computationally efficient and the 8 GB RAM handles the latest edition of Windows 10 well. The speakers provide good audio quality. The web cam quality is poor and quite grainy, and so not particularly suitable for business Skype video conference calls. Similar laptops in this price range include an HD webcam, so I was quite disappointed that this HP laptop did not. Also it took many hours (10+) to set up Windows 10 and install the latest HP drivers and firmware updates. Bottom line: If you really want to make the most out of touch screen functionality, purchase a 2 in 1 design laptop. Otherwise, save yourselves some money by purchasing a non touch-screen laptop.

I just needed a simple laptop and didn't need any 2-1 laptops. I avoided buying the cheap ones and thought this was a good deal but the laptop was not what I expected. The computer was so slow and the screen resolution not that good. The was supposed to be HD but the display was so bad. I thought an i5 processor would be fast but really wasn't. I returned this after 2 days.

...for what I need it for. I mainly just needed a laptop for emails and web surfing. I occasionally do a little video editing. The i5 processor is perfect enough for what I need. Plus the 1TB hard drive isn't bad either.

Gift so not using yet but sure it will work out just fine

Touch Screen is a nice feature. This is great for school and everyday task computing. Great buy for the money. If your a daily web user, write school papers, keep track of your finances, this is an excellent choice.

I bought my laptop almost a year and a half ago and have had no issues with it yet! Didn’t think I wanted touch screen when I bought it but it is the best new addition to laptops. Great purchase!

Purchased this laptop w the help of an associate.. my daughter wanted a laptop for Christmas... she requested windows operating system to be able to play certain games.. she’s 11... so far so good... it’s fast..!!!

Bought this for my husband as a replacement laptop and it's just ok. The touch screen is a nice feature but everything loads SO slowly and I'm just not impressed. And in an ironic twist, I can't get this HP laptop to connect to my wireless HP printer. This is the second HP laptop I've purchased and I don't think I'll be buying another anytime soon.
