Very good laptop that is fast and easy to use. I would highly recommend.

Honestly, I had been debating between this laptop and another for months. I wasn't really interested in having a laptop with a touchscreen. I ended up buying it after seeing it in store and getting to check out first hand all the features. Really impressed and happy with my purchase. Surprisingly the touch screen has come in handy when I need to zoom in on items.

Easy to use and perfect size to avoid needing a large monitor. I had Office Home installed instead of paying a yearly fee as I intend to use this PC for several years! I was worried about using Microsoft Edge but only because it was new to me. It is so easy to navigate and the built in help to "ask a question" is awesome. The setup was as easy as plugging it in.

We are enjoying this lightweight laptop! It is easy to use. The price was right! Still learning how to use the different aspects of it as well as Windows 10. That is brand new to us. The Geek Squad set up for us! They are great!

For < $500 this is a super computer. The touchscreen is a plus and there is plenty of storage room, plenty of memory (RAM) and a very fast processor to boot. My expectations are exceeded and I would highly recommend this laptop

I hate change. This new laptop is comfortable for both my brain to figure out and my figures to manipulate. I would have liked a written manual, or at least some additional hints about it's capabilities, but I'm sure I can find it online, if I take the time. I just realized in reading the caption of my purchase that it has a Touch screen! It probably indicated it in the written blurb for the item, it may have said it on the box, but I missed it! I have had no difficulties with it, after 2 weeks of use. It's lighter and thinner than my old laptop, has more memory and was half the cost. It has nicely received the documents and photos from my external drive. I like that it has a disc player although it's not something I rely on. I have no regrets about this purchase.

Great laptop for the price. It even has a DVD drive. Didn’t want to spend too much because I use my IPad and tablet for daily use, but still find I need a laptop for occasional use (documents, etc). I went from Windows 7 to 10 with no problem. Still trying to figure a few things out. Since retirement I havent kept up with new technology.

I wanted something that can support DVDs to played like I am old school, so got this on a pre-Thanksgiving deal. Not at all disappointed because the laptop is quite fast and has touch screen feature too. I surely would recommend it

This is a great laptop. It was on sale. which made it even better. It replaced my desktop. I like the touch screen. I have 2 tablets. But wanted a bigger viewer screen. Good and clear image. I only wish it had a lighted key board

bought another laptop from another retailer. was so unhappy with it, took it back and bought this laptop from bb. very pleased. great speed, lots of storage, fast memory. have stopped using my desktop.

I got this for my son (10 year old boy) back in July 2016 as a birthday gift. We could not find a switch, so he decided to get this one. He's been happy with it. He uses it for school work, watching Youtube and play games (Minecraft, Terraria, Robox, etc). December 2016 and he's still happy with it. The good: Screen is nice, is very responsive, light and thin, battery life is good and for the programs that my son uses (browser and some Steam games) is quite good. The bad: There are a lot of useless programs - primarily HP and Wild Tangent supplied. I uninstalled most of them if not disabled them. Stopped them from starting. And having a built in graphics card, it cannot handle the more graphics intensive games like War Thunder and the like. But I knew that but my son did not. But for the money, this is an excellent first machine for anyone.
