I like the extra memory this computer has. I wish it was a little faster on start up but once it finishes this computer works great. The price was very reasonable. I also like the fact it has a DVD drive and a touch screen.

This was a gift for my son being a great student. It is easy to use, fast and just perfect for him for school. The price was right!

The service was great the store closer to me ran out of them but I picked it up at the next nearest store they told us it would take 1 hr to bring it out but within 20 minutes the guy went and brought it out for us so the service was very good I don’t use the loo too much but so far no problems and I like the touch screen feature very satisfied and price was good got it on sale . I didn’t know anything about it I just went to the store on a Holiday weekend to look for something inexpensive but good this one was recommended from the store attendant for what I was looking for it seem like it fit the picture so I got it still haven’t read reviews on it

My son needed a new laptop to take to college. This laptop has been perfect for him. It runs all of the Microsoft programs with ease. And it is light weight enough to carry in his back pack to and from classes.

This laptop is just what I was looking for. Its lite, fast and will not break the bank. It boots up very quick and the battery last a long time. The touch screen works great and overall its a great machine.

It does all I need with various much advanced features. Now I need to figure out how to make Windows 10 actually work. I assume that I can find a tutorial. The touchscreen is a new and attractive feature.

My old laptop was slow and every time I went on Yahoo or Microsoft Word I would get a "not responding" notification. So I broke down and bought a new HP laptop. I continue to get the "not responding" notifications and that leads me to believe it is Windows 10 that is causing the problem since that is the only common denominator (I purchased a new version of office and Yahoo is on the web). The new laptop is just as slow as my old one...no difference.

Replaced a Dell desktop with this laptop and have had no issues at all with speed, display or use. Case could be of a bit more solid construction and requires some gentle handling to avoid damage.

I didn’t need all the bells and whistles, I just needed something to get my homework done. This computer does everything I need it to, with minimal problems. And the touch screen was a nice bonus!

very please with the laptop I purchased...it is all that I was looking for in a laptop. I wanted something small but yet wanted the numbers on the right side...and a little more speed. Also, very pleased with Best Buy's price adjustment when I noticed that it was on sale.

I needed a new laptop for a decent price. This fits the bill. I love the touchscreen and the number pad on the side of the keyboard. I've had it for about a month and so far no complaints.

I needed a real basic laptop for personal needs such as emails, excel and Microsoft word and downloading photos. The laptop works fine for my purpose and not too expensive (around $529.00).

I needed a new laptop for some classes I am taking. I was concerned that I didn't have enough memory and that the battery on my old laptop wouldn't last for the time needed. This laptop is everything I hoped for and more. I recommend it for clasess or use at home.

Bought this laptop to replace my wife's aging AMD A6 powered Samsung notebook. Swapped in a 500GB 850EVO SSD from the afore mentioned notebook. Upon opening the back up I was greeted with a nice surprise (the back of the notebook is a pain to take off BTW), an M.2 slot sitting at the bottom on the motherboard basically under the right mouse button. So if you wanted you could just pick up a M.2 SSD and migrate your OS over and use the HDD that come with the Laptop as a mass storage. Now onto the computer. The touch screen is surprisingly responsive and accurate for the price on this unit. Processor is fairly cool and very fast (it can actually keep up with the SSD unlike the A6 prior). Can't comment on the battery life as of now but at this price I'm not expecting more than 3 hours. If you can catch this on sale pick it up. I got it for $450 a week later it was $400. It's now up to $530 but still a good unit at that price.

This computer is light weight, eassy to carrier, handy, wide keyboard, great screen picture for watching movies and grafics, pivot tables and college projects.

I like the touch screen option although sometimes I fat finger and don't get what I want, pilot error though, not the computer's fault. Many more capabilities than I really need

Been a good laptop so far. It's just a very standard laptop. Battery life is very weak. We have used it maybe 10 hours use. Had to charge 3 times already. Other thing to watch for is Best Buy will sell you office and not inform you that it's only good for 365 days.

We just needed a home laptop and at this price it will serve our needs. We have really liked the touchscreen option. Our last computer was hp and it is why we went with hp again

This laptop is perfectly serviceable for its price point. I did have an issue with the motherboard but the manufacturer was quick and efficient with repairs under the warranty.
