I needed to replace my existing laptop that was getting old and slow. This was perfect in options and it was open box so it was even more discounted. Perfect for me.

HP has always been a top of the line producer of computers and they delivered on that again with this one. great laptop (especially for the price!)

New computers are wonderful. This one has the speed and storage that I was looking for. The touch screen capability is a plus.

I am very satisfied with this laptop. It’s surprisingly fast and it certainly serves my basic needs (i.e. doing online social media and purchases).

Computer screen is large enough to work and have multiple windows open at the same time. The speed is fast enough to allow you to run through files with ease. I am able to do everything I need to do with this device.

This laptop is good. I haven't try it with hard work yet but it is working fine, is light, the screen I would like it to have a bit more bright.

So I did plenty of research online prior to purchasing a laptop and based on my needs, the price and quality, this was the ideal one. When I came home, turned on the laptop it took over 15 minutes to load. After going through the set up phase I had to reset the computer and it took another 20 minutes for the home screen to come up. I had to call HP tech support the following day and was on the phone for over an hour but the tech support remoted into my laptop, updated some drivers, deleted a lot of junk files and it works relatively good now.

Great choice for a mid price computer, love the size of the screen, love the touch screen, looking forward to see what the computer has to offer

I had an HP laptop that lasted a long time. I wanted a computer with a DVD/CD drive in it and this one had one, plus great storage/memory. I knew HP product was good in the past, so I was pleased to get another.

I needed a laptop for college, and this was the perfect match! I was hesitant on whether I wanted a touch screen laptop or not, worrying it might be too sensitive, but I haven't had any personal issues thus far.

Purchased for college student. Good value for a touchscreen. Screen is pretty goo quality. Good keyboard. No real negative, just know you are buying an economical machine. No real high end components in laptop

Everything I needed for the right price. I watch a lot of videos and movies and this does this well. also love the touch screen tablet mode.

This laptop tells you everything you need to do when setting up or updating & steps on how to do it. I couldn’t be any easier. Takes the guesswork out of looking for the steps online. Love this! Thanks HP!

When I bough this I was unsure about the touch screen feature. As I began using my computer I have found the touch screen very useful and helpful when doing my work. I would highly recommend this product.

I am so pleased with this laptop. I use primarily for reading email, social media, working in Microsoft word and surfing the internet. It completely meets my needs. Love the touch screen capacity as well.

My new HP Laptop has been working just great! I've had it for a month and no problems. This was a certified open box HP Laptop and all is good. I loved saving the extra money and got a great laptop .

I spent a lot of time trying to find a computer for a good deal. This computer stood out and I decided to buy it. It is a fast performing computer and is a great value buy. Here are some Pros: 1) Fast performing! 2) Great price 3) Bottom of the computer doesn't get hot like my old ones! Stays nice and cool. 4) Touch screen works pretty good. Didn't think I would use it, but it's really helpful. Especially, when scrolling through websites. 5) Start-up isn't the long start-up from the past...it's pretty quick.

I needed a computer for my college classes and wanted one that the screen was big enough so I don't have to squint. I have had this laptop for over a year now and have not had any problems with it. Touchscreen is amazing and the clarity of the screen is great. Speed is also pretty fast. Pretty happy with my choice.

This laptop has all the bells and whistles for hundreds less than comparable brands. 1 TB hard drive, wireless, bluetooth, dvd/cd writer (totally cool to burn discs on), and a large touch screen. Set-up was very very fast and simple - I was surprised at how quick it was - about 2 minutes total to get up and running and online - all right out of the box! I can even play my games on it without it dropping frame rates. For a laptop, I would highly recommend this product.

Not a bad Laptop for the money. Bought it for my fiancé and she loves it. She is not so tech savvy that being said it easy to use.
