Our family has lived this for years now. The Blu Ray and DVD versions are much better. You'll see how hard it was to agree on the Declaration of Independence, the wording, yet came together in the end for the good of our country that followed. Why can't our current leaders do even better now.?

This is a beautifully realized film version of this classic Broadway musical.

This was my late husband's absolute favorite movie of all time (he was an attorney) and, because of him, it has become mine! Very highly recommend this movie for kids and adults to learn how the Declaration of Independence was born. Extremely entertaining while teaching a history lesson.

Yeah that's a bold statement but I feel it's true. I first watched this in Middle School and it made the material come alive. Informative and entertaining, this is now one of my favorite films! Great acting, great music, very educational. This film is the total package and looks great on Blu-Ray!

This is a great underrated musical if you enjoy watching them. Should've gotten more praise when it originally came out but the blu-ray is fantastic, great picure quality and sound. This is easily a must buy!!!

One of the more underrated musicals of the 70's, with a powerhouse, bring down said house performance by William Daniels. Well worth putting in your library.

An interesting and lively look at events leading up to the Declaration of Independence. The actors are well cast and bring the characters to life.

Movie is five stars but item received had no digital copy since different Blu-ray from picture.
