    Horrible service, ordered online few days got email it was delivered performed online chat with no results then called best buy and they tell me it’s been damaged and asked if I wanted refund or an order sent out to replace. Told them it’s a bday gift that I need in 2 days and sent another, I have not seen anything yet but they sure did take my money.

    Record skips . Bad quality. Save your money. Bought for gift for my daughter. Best Buy will not refund . Horrible customer service

    One of th records skips. It was a gift for my daughter. I have it to her 30 days after purchase and is now past the the return date. Ridiculous. Never buying from best buy agin
