Technician Jason was very competent, complete, and sensitive in listening in order to address the issues associated with my movie theater system. He is a true professional and i am very satisfied with the outcome.

The install of the speaker mounts was quickly and professionally done. It looks great, speakers in a better spot then the shelf I had to put them on for 2 months before I was finally able to get the mounts.

was so impressed with the the service form Geek Squad on the mounting of my TV and the installation of the rear speakers for my surround sound. I am going to put the same review for both items. It's been a few weeks so I may not get the names right. The original tech John was on time and extremely courteous. The mount of the TV was not going to be difficult but the speaker install well it proved to be a little challenging. Its was apparent that this would require some help as the wires that were run from the previous owner and never used could not be located. The area on the roof they were was not accessible very easily so to was going to require help and thats when Tandi showed up to assist, They ended up running new cable and also making ti easy for me to go from 5.1 to 7.1 if so desired. During this time tech 3 showed up also John (at least thats whit I remember, both tae techs had the same name) and he mounted the TV. in all it ended up being a 4 hour job and my wife and I absolutely enjoyed having them in our home.

The squad set up a stereo system with turntable in my dinning area as well as set up the TV in my basement with a sound bar and sub woofer. They were quick and clean. They also took the time to explain how to operate both systems before leaving. They came as scheduled and did a great job in setting up both systems.

This was truly a professional job all the way around. We both told a friend of ours how great a job that Donny & his co-worker did today on 5/13/22 and that we truly love the Geek squad service we highly recommend their service all the way around!!

They came early for the set up. It may have taken them a little over an hour because they said my installation was basic. I have drop ceiling so they fished my line 30 feet with no problem. Found the place behind the wall and put a plug in the wall with ease. They programmed my equipment then left.

The agents installed four in-wall speakers and hooked up our tv and equipment to the new speakers. They did a great job and cleaned up very well when they were done with the installation. We would definitely recommend the agent and his crew that assisted him, they did an excellent job!

Started out rough because the furniture piece that was supposed to be delivered did not arrive, then when it arrived the delivery drivers would not bring it into the house so they took it back. The appointment kept on being moved. It was frustrating and I almost gave up. Finally the furniture made it and the Geek squad was finally able to show up and do a good job, although the system does not sound as I expected and there continue to be some problems. The admin portion was not that great, but once the Geek Squad had the opportunity to get to work they were great and made it happen. Don't know if I would recommend going through all the hassle and delayed appointments, though.

Very professional. . And gets the job done.. I ordered an air fryer. Pick it up at the other store and it was ready to go no problems at all.

My installer - Brent - was awesome! He was prompt, knowledgeable, respectful of both my person & property (armed with masks and shoe covers), even surprisingly (and correctly) pointing out a defect in my audio component. He made the experience enjoyable.

Steve did an outstanding job. He was meticulous and thorough, insuring a very good installation of a pair of Bowers and Wilkins speakers!

Geek Squad showed on the time that was promised for installation. They were quick and efficient installing our speakers. They had the job done easily and made no mess.

I have been so satisfied with the service that Best Buy provided, my install dudes were the best and nicest guys to work with, they were very professional, and there work was very clean and neat, I am very satisfied customer.

Great sound. But it’s a little difficult to use. I can’t figure out how to play music, without turning my TV 1st. And I’m not quite sure which settings it needs to be cause the controllers has a lot of options. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and I’m still trying to figure out how to use it

Had the Geek Squad install two new ceiling speakers for Atmos surround sound. They did an excellent job. It was clean and done with no visible drywall cutting. Very pleased with the work.

Despite temperatures in the mid teens, the Geek Squad installed my Sonos outdoor speaker system without a hitch. Now I just need Spring to come soon so that I can really enjoy my new system.

Kenny was able to connect my new speakers to my existing speakers without having to drill an additional hole in the wall. Mounted the new ones exactly where I wanted them too. Very creative and very knowledgeable.

The installation team did an exceptional job in a clean, quick and professional manner.
