I installed Viper remote start and alarm on my wife’s car in 2017. I have had to return to bestbuy on three occasions now to have the hood sensor disabled and the system reset. The remote start still doesn’t work. The store tech told me my first mistake was buying a viper. Really? That’s helpful.
