Good is a device, However there sure be better instructions

Screen back light poor and screen icons are more Light Grey Than black. If you tilt it down and look from bottom It gets blacker.

After only a month of owning it, the black stuff inside the display started to bleed

this remote is very expensive but mine stop working after 2 or 3 weeks.

Hey this would of been a great feature on my car but my vehicle is an 03 and its didn't play right with the viper. Or maybe the installers in Orange Park BB didn't know what they was doing. Overall get a good tech to install.

Was talked into buying Best Buy tech support which is a good service. But can someone explain to me how did a simple remote start system take over 2 months to install? Dropped vehicle off November 1, 2020 and didn't get back until January 9, 2021. Reached out to Best Buy with no response. I was talked into buying viper over the compustar and I'm not happy with my purchase. Also had to buy another remote because the DS+4 comes with a useless remote.

Don’t think I’ll invest in the extra security Viper offers anymore. I spent over $1000 for my alarm system. I got the push start, sensors on my wheels, sensors on my windows and come to find out 5 years later . My remote gets discontinued. I’m out of a remote which I don’t want to look on eBay for a remote. I know it been some years but I don’t want to upgrade my system and pay another $1000 for a newer system. I’m pretty sure nothing has changed so why would I invest in spending that much again ? The keypads should be compatible With the last year models. If you do purchase the Viper system “PURCHASE 2 REMOTES”!

Worked fine for a week then it stopped making sound

It does not come with the wiring kit it only comes with what's on the picture.

Viper is cheap and poorly made. I have had to get the system reinstalled twice and now i am returning.

It works when it wants to work! It tells me the car is running when it not. Be careful when buy this product.
